Resort was beautiful
Room had a mini bar but no Refrigerator space for personal items. That was a big disappointment.
Multiple pools and water park ... I will definitely be back with my entire family!
Nothing to not like everything was amazing
The staff! Everyone was wonderful!
The screaming DACA teens. So loud and clearly not chaperoned. Up all night.
The best part was the BED! It was so comfy! I slept so good. The landscape and views are breathtaking. Very nice place. Can't wait to go back!
The valet kid was the nicest experience we had. The check in girl was rude. The room was hot the air barely worked. Beds were SUPER comfortable. We booked not knowing the water park was closed during the week. The resort fee was $168 with tax for 3 nights
The whole experience was awful! Air conditioner barely worked. Service was awful. Water park not opened. Should have read reviews closer!!! The bad reviews were not lying!
