Pros (+) It is in a convenient location for visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. I liked being able to drive up to the door .
Cons (-) I did not like ants,uncomfortable beds, no extra toilet paper, noisy bathroom fan,very small bathroom,very noisy outside the door until very late!
Pros (+) I was pleasantly surprised, I kind of expected a clunker cause of the price. It was nice the rooms where clean the breakfast was ok(needs fruit) . Overall would stay again.
Cons (-) Pool had weird cloudy green look to it. We didn't plan on swimming anyway though.
