Beautiful hotel that is pet friendly! We saw lots of pets roaming the halls. Very clean pleasant hotel.

Cons. Fire alarm went off on our floor my husband rushed down the stairs from the 14th floor with my 2 year old daughter and there were broken glass bottles all over the stairways. Additionally, the building was never evacuated and when he questioned a janitor on staff he seemed unsure on if there was a real emergency or not. No announcement was ever made and clearly no one cared because only about 6 people has evacuated after the alarm. Additionally, none of my requests through the app check-in were fulfilled and I had request everything over again upon arrival.
