Cons (-) Fire alarm went off on our floor my husband rushed down the stairs from the 14th floor with my 2 year old daughter and there were broken glass bottles all over the stairways. Additionally, the building was never evacuated and when he questioned a janitor on staff he seemed unsure on if there was a real emergency or not. Cons (-) Ice machine on 14 th floor very loud. We paid for river facing rooms but kept awake by ice machine. The ice machine area needs to be enclosed .
