Pros (+) This new hotel is a gem. If there was an option for 6 stars I would have rated it a 6. The room was very large and comfortable, the common spaces in each floor we're inviting and unique. The staff was helpful and friendly. The attention to detail (cookies at turndown a vintage radio with Bluetooth, stocked refrigerator, and a spacious and well appointed bathroom) all made for a perfect stay.
Cons (-) The location was not great. North Street is under construction and Pittsfield a little far afield from Tanglewood etc but honestly worth the drive for the comfort of the hotel.
Pros (+) Maybe the best non-resort hotel we've ever stayed in. The hotel was beautiful and furnished to perfection. Great staff. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for a ski weekend, but it was far too cold the second day. The person at the front desk asked us what we were looking to do and made a list of things for us to do along our ride home. We loved the rooms. Bathrooms were great....
