Plettenberg Bay Bed & Breakfasts

Fantastic breakfast, nice service and very homely.

Caring hosts, spotlessly clean, close to beach, very comfortable beds - just too much bedding! Wonderful views from the breakfast room. Room small, not much space if you are travelling with lots of bags. We are not keen on staying in someone's house, too intrusive for us. Felt like we were intruding and had to whisper as all rooms are on top of each other. Would have liked to have had breakfast at our leisure.

The owners were some of the most hospitable people I have ever met. It actually felt like I have known them for a long time. They are easy to get along with, and really made me feel at home.

The rooms are neat and clean and the surroundings beautiful. The bathroom is spacious. The B&B is conveniently situated with easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach and just minutes away from popular wildlife and adventure tourist attractions. Breakfast was excellent. The B&B owners are friendly and attentive.... even the dog :) Check in was quick, efficient and informative. We were greeted warmly on arrival and departure. We did feel a bit uncomfortable at times as the sound between rooms and the main house travels. We could hear other guests very clearly through the access doors between rooms. We also felt a bit uncomfortable having to disturb the owners at night to change the DST channel as we could not do so ourselves. We did however make use of the free wireless internet to watch movies and clips.
