The location is right on the Yyteri beach. The view from the room is nice. The breakfast was good, though the variety is exactly the same every day. The gym has a good number of training machines.
- Upon arrival at 18.00 o’clock we were given a room that was not ready! The staff was surprised but not really sorry. They said they don’t have another “so good” double room available and suggested us to wait 1 hour more for the evening cleaner to come. Imagine travelling the whole day to the destination and your room is still not ready at 18.00 o’clock! We couldn’t take this offer and they suggested us neither an upgraded nor double room, but so called “boat” room where we were supposed to move beds ourselves to make it more or less comfortable and at least look like a twin-bedroom. - The hotel is really outdated: the furniture, the facilities, the style, everything. It seems it was renovated last time when it was built in 1974. - There were even no AC in the room, while it was +30 outside. There was only a broken fan that helped very little as it couldn’t rotate. - There is no tea/coffee facilities in the room (in a spa hotel, btw) - No toiletries - The cleaning standards are also under a huge question mark. The cleaners - who we got to see- wore neither masks, nor gloves; one of them was coughing and blowing nose during all the time we were there, and taking into consideration covid-19 situation, it didn't make a nice impression. - There is no single warning sign of seagulls who actually follow you everywhere. Don’t leave your plate unattended while eating on the terrace!
In the restaurant the waiterres were poor standard slow and one was rude , one of the waiters was very good but not enough to do it all . In the evening the roof top bar was very nice and the young women behind the bar was very good
The location and the spa.
Our room was so hot and it was difficult to sleep. There was no AC and the windows don’t open. Only a desk fan was provided.
A bit old hotel and spa zone, no AC on a rooms.
Beach, Spa, renovated public rooms, how the staff handled problems
Old and unclean rooms, overpriced compairing to experience
