Pros (+) It was conveniently located and friendly. I would never stay here for a week, but for a night or two and at the last minute, it will do.
Cons (-) There were bugs and spiders all in the room, and the mattresses were so old the springs pop when you lay down just to sleep. The price was ok I guess since it had a good location, but should have been under $100 due to the age and smell of the rooms. Everything except the shower walls was in very poor condition and extremely dated. Please have the place sprayed by a pest company quarterly.
Pros (+) I liked that the place was so close to the water and very near some bars and restaurants. That said, it was very quiet and we had a good time staying here. Also, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for us. We would stay here again. The lady at the desk was very friendly and accomodating.
Cons (-) Unfortunately, the breakfast was not available, but we did find a place to eat nearby.
