Pros: I did not like anything about the property, it is not a clean sanitary hotel, I would not recommend it to anyone to stay there.
Cons: The hotel was old, filthy and smelled of strong pet odor, carpets were dirty & stained, beds were hard, dried blood on the curtain & linen, and the continental breakfast was poor. My credit card was charged four times or a two night stay, it had taken me a whole day during my work day to get my funds refunded back into my bank account, I had to constantly call the hotel manager to get the process corrected. Very stressful stay

Garbages outside were overflowing.

Pros: Convenience to i-90 and Spokane. Great breakfast and always friendly staff. The rooms are always what you expect. 3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Very little selection of food items, not much available. Staff sitting in the back office room visiting should have been outdoing house keeping and cleaning which hadn't been done for a while.
Cons: Everything. Carpets are dirty and stained, windows have not been cleaned for a long time, long hairs on the bathroom hair I presume were human or pet. Did not use the pool because the water was murky.
3.0 Mediocre

6.8 Good
Pros: Price, cleanliness, parking.
Cons: The promised refrigerator was gone, requiring us to eat out more than planned. Television bandwidth would not download, allowing us to spend a romantic evening watching a movie with popcorn.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: I travel a lot 100+ nights a year and this is easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The check in process took over 30 minutes! After finally getting into my room I discovered the AC didn’t work, there were no lamps, it smelled strongly of smoke and there were holes in the walls!! I immediately went back to the front desk for a room change only to wait for 45 minutes with zero resolution. There were more than 20 other customers waiting at the same time, I finally gave up after trying several different nearby hotels without finding any vacancies. At this point I was left with a choice of sleeping in my car or the nasty room. The choice wasn’t easy to say the least. Catastrophic failure, couldn’t be more disappointed.
Cons: Literally everything
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: The refrigerator didn't work.
