We were upgraded to better rooms which was a really nice compliment from the hotel. They were larger, so we weren't on top of each other's heads. The balconies were spacious and the view from them was magnificent.
The bathrooms weren't very comfortable though they were spacious - the place to hang the shower head was too low even for a bathtub and the toilet seats were so high that our legs hanged. One of the rooms wasn't ready for our arrival - the ashtray was full and somebody had slept in one of the beds. Fortunately the receptionist's and the housekeeping manager's reaction was fast, so kudos to them.
Good services. Nice rooms. The stuff friendly. And best of all good food and affordable prices .
Great view of the coastline. Staff were attentive and helpful. Good sized rooms and everything modern.
Facilities were too small for the hotel and therefore overcrowded. Difficult to find space around the pool and no sitting places in the bar area. We ended up going out to the beach and eating out. This was when the hotel was relatively quiet. View from rooms 221 & 222 were as advertised with a see view but spoilt by a large ugly flat roof over the lobby area. Small detail but cleaners don’t fully make the beds but instead leave a folded sheet under the cover. Also no holder for the shower head so had to hold it and no plug for the baths. Breakfast was below average. Although there was a selection it’s aimed at an all inclusive market and just not quality.
Nice, spacious room and balcony. Good location (maybe 5min drive from Potos) with great view.
Lots of mosquitoes in the room. After bringing this up with reception, they gave us a device to be plugged in, but we still had to hunt and kill all the nasty buggers. Drinks in the hotel bar were somewhat expensive.
The best view of the sea, with a wonderful sunrise. The location is very close to one of the island's attractions - Giola. Friendly and helpful staff.
Lack of specific dishes based on fish and seafood. Missing an a la carte menu in the restaurant.
