the architecture, the landscape, the breakfast and the lady who take care of the breakfast, the maid, the pool without families with noisy children
the check-in : the most important for the hostess is the virtual booking.com cb. My request for a small table in front of the bed sofa was unsucessul which is in the booking description. The TV so small ! poor programs only in italian. If you can choose ask for a room on the vines, certainly more pleasant than ours which gave directly on the terrace of the breakfast

Just 20 rooms, beautiful setting, quiet, vineyards, great restaurant on site yet close to other villages, the Garda lake and everything to be able to pop out for a meal if you wish. Excellent and big pool.
Quality of internet to be improved and told them that so hopefully they will soon.

Beautiful setting, tranquil yet close enough to Lake Garda. We love SUP so Desenzano was only a 20 min drive. Restaurant serving typical & delicious Italian food. AMAZING wine from vineyard. We would return with no hesitation.
