8.3 Excellent
Pros: The biggest highlight of our stay was the spa ! It was truly beautiful and well equiped. We also loved our bathroom. And of course the view on the lake! Staff super nice and smiley.
Cons: We didnt like the room so much as the decoration was not design at all. For 160€/night, in the countryside - we had higher expectations. The restaurant was nice but a bit pricy for the food you get (50€/person).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: i liked the lake, panorama, view, rooms, apartments, sauna, staff, parking
Cons: the 1st shop was 19 km away
9.2 Excellent
Cons: No air conditioning so biting insects were a problem. Couldn’t accept foreign credit card and about half hour from ATM
10.0 Excellent

8.3 Excellent
Pros: there is no jacuzzi, you can only get into that by booking it for a few hours - that was a no go for me, since the water in the only pool they had was way too cold
Cons: at breakfast one young woman from the staff was really rude to my mother and me. it really messed up our morning and her attitude didnt fit the overall atnosphere that was really nice.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice and spacious room (we had the suite) Laundry service was good and reasonably priced. A great relief to travellers on a long trip. Lovely country location. Helpful staff doing their best to speak English for us. Very quiet and scenic.
Cons: Bed was extra hard, however fixed after first night by asking for mattress topper. Staff happily supplied. Could not regulate temperature in the shower properly. Hot, Cold, Hot, Cold.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious with 2 separate bedrooms ! The breakfast was very good. We could walk out directly from the sauna to the lakeside without getting dressed.
Cons: Kids are not allowed to use the swimming pool except for 2 hours in the morning ! When checking in, I asked the receptionist to book the dinner at the restaurant but it wasn't booked. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was full and they said it's too late to order the course menu, which I wasn't informed about by the receptionist (she showed me the course menu at the time of check in without warning me it must be pre-booked). There's nowhere else to eat around the hotel and my kids were very hungry. Finally the restaurant proposed us to order a room service of kid's plates and that was a good idea. The other dishes were very expensive but kid's meals weren't and they were still very good for adults, too. My overall experience made me think this hotel is for old people and not really kids/ family friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good food, nice viewing the lake from the outdoors restaurant. It was nice swimming in the morning and evening. Sauna was pretty good.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: great atmosphere the restaurant was really tasty there is a fantastic spa and access to swim in the lake you can also rent a paddle boat the rooms and the balcony are spacious friendly and helpful staff
5.4 Okay
Pros: The view over the lake was beautiful
Cons: I usually don't write much in a review but I think it's important in the case of this hotel that people are aware of what awaits them. Dirty, dated and understaffed. At this price level you should expect a lot better. Our room balcony had not been cleaned for a very long time with spiders, grass hoppers and bird excrement spread across it. The bed sheets had blood stains on them and the bed had definitely seen better times. The restaurant food was mediocre but the prices were ridiculously high. We ordered two bears and both glasses came with dirt and lip stains from the previous customers. Upon pointing this out the glasses were "cleaned" again. However when we looked closely the dirt was still there. On the third attempt we finally got our beer in clean glasses. Generally the staff didn't seem to be too concerned about cleanliness. Upon pointing out that there was bird excrement on my chair I was handed a serviette to remove it myself. Breakfast was the final disappointment of our stay. The bread rolls were stale and had clearly been prepared the previous evening. The plates, cutlery, glasses etc were not very clean and you had to select them carefully.
