Newly furnished, 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Beachfront Resort, this beautiful Ocean view Condo has all new appliances and furnishings. Private balcony with unit. The property has a resort pool, hot tub, and BBQ on site. The beach stretches for miles and snorkeling can be done directly from shore. Northwest Point Resort - winner of TripAdvisor 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Certificate of Excellence Award. The property is in a gated community and is very quiet. A short drive away and you can find Bars and Restaurants. A perfect place to explore the island from. Adjacent to the resort is the national park with soaring ospreys and diving pelicans which are almost always in view when walking the miles of sandy beaches. This Condo-Hotel unit is inspected, licensed and certified approved by the government of Turks and Caicos.
