The food was very good. The staff was very courteous and friendly.
The smell of the seaweed was very bad it was not clean up every day and when they did attempt to clean it just had one worker and a wheel barrel trying to haul it off it was a losing battle. The pool water was almost hot was not very refreshing. We had our daughters wedding there they did not check the building to make sure the air-conditioning was working until about an hour before hand in the air conditioning did not work was very hot in the building The staff did everything they could to make it comfortable for us just felt they should have checked it earlier maybe they could’ve got it repaired. We all enjoyed the daytime activities but the nighttime activities were very mediocre.
Great pool, very good service
Really wish the restaurants were air conditioned, we were uncomfortably at dinner. But we were there during a very hot week.
Very Nice Stay at a 4 star resort
The pool and grounds are beautiful with attention to small details that make the difference. The staff was always attentive and responsive. The preferred club provided a nice air conditioned location for our family to congregate. Buffet was ok and the sit-down restaurants were good to very good.
The buffet and Mexican restaurants can be sweltering hot. We had some mosquito problems in our room. This year there is a terrible seaweed problem all up and down the coast making the beaches undesirable.
Gorgeous location and friendly staff. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an all inclusive Riviera Maya Family Resort in this price range.
