Cons: "We had to take an escalator down to the ground level and take a shuttle bus to the plane which was out on the tarmac. I don't really know why except the airport they said was busy and the plane couldn't come up to the gate. I nearly sprained an ankle because it was dark and I didn't see there was a step from the escalator platform to walk to the shuttle bus. I have never experienced that before and we have flown Sun Country from DFW to MSP several times before. They don't even give peanuts or pretzels any more and all the other airlines do."

I do not feel that there was any cause for this and made our return flight very unpleasant."

After letting 15 other people use the lavatory in the front of the plane, and because the carts were blocking the aisles, I also attempted to use it. As I was closing the door, the brown haired lady forcefully grabbed the door and swung it back open and told me I had to use the lavatory in the rear. Since I didn't want to get arrested, I did. When I was gone, she confronted my wife about why she did this and did so in a very rude tone. I hope to never see her again. I may think twice before choosing Sun Country again. If it wasn't for her, the ride would have been decent."

My wife became extremely ill and under the direction and OK to fly home from Doctor Gonzalez It was in my wife's best interest to leave Mexico early. On phone your Reservations person was wonderful and helpful in giving us our best options. We followed her directions and when we got to airport the gate agents and , a personal wheel chair person, were amazing . Our wheel chair person for flight 572 - 2/26/2016 was your best advocate of what your customer services is. She knew every phase of the operation of your Airlines. she represented your Airline very well. She loves her job and does her job superior to others. In Mexico they made the process of flying home easy for us. We were so afraid that my wife would not be able to go through the process but they treated her so gently and lovingly and made sure we got home stress free. They treated both of us like they knew what we had been going through and knew just what to so to make us feel special and at peace. I must say your Mexico agents are well trained and professional. They made sure that we were well taken care of as well as the other passengers. We were at the Airport early and I had a chance to view how others were treat, wondering if it was just us that they made feel special, It was not just us they made everyone feel special. When we arrived at our home in USA a wheel chair again was waiting for us at the aircraft door to take us through customs and to a cab. They saw my mother waiting at the carousel (our meeting spot) next to my checked bag (she recognized my luaggage). They actually ask her what they can do to help and have someone waiting for me at the custom. I was very surprised when they told me "you mother is waiting for you, please follow me". Very pleased with their services."

Cons: "After 4 gate changes and 2 plane changes on a 12:45 am red ey.e, Aeromexico staff gave us no updates to be able to plan or manage our wait time. In total we stood for four hours being told by clueless staff that we would leave in 15 minutes every 15 minutes. This led to desperate passengers standing at our various gates for hours with no food and nowhere to go: one of the older passengers eventually fainted and hit her head on a row divider, to which the doe-eyed Aeromexico staff did nothing, not even to bring the woman (now on the floor) a pillow for her head. A horrible experience in customer service. I have complained directly to Aeromexico but naturally have received no response."

My bag weighed 10 kg exactly. i weighed it when I packed it. And the other bag was a bag used to carry around souvenirs from the airport. I think this was a bad way to do business and I’m simply not happy about it."

At the first time when I showed up at my gate 17A , 50 minutes before the departure there was a lot of people waiting for flight to Hermosillo , not the Cancun. ( wasn’t any information about Cancun flight on information display) When I asked crew from desk about my flight to Cancun they told that I need to wait for announcement . I left for 20 minutes , when back 20 minutes before my departure time on my gate crew told me that my flight it’s gone. I didn’t hear any announcement about it. They didn’t change me for another flight , only the told me that they can change my ticket for the flight which is 18 hours later."

They told us to get there at least 3 hour before our flight and they didn’t start checking us in until 3:50 ! I felt rushed after because we didn’t have time to grab a coffee or eat. The workers are rude and disrespectful not helpful at all !"

They aggressively tried to take my carryon and told me I had to pay 41$ per bag or I could not get on plane. Only when I asked for a manager and found someone to interpret for me and show with a measuring tape and we did they allow me on... total scam - the gate attendant conned at least 15 people before us that had smaller bags that they had to pay (very aggressively in Spanish and many passengers did not speak Spanish so gave in and payed just to get on flight). Once on the flight- you can adjust your seat which for me wasn’t a big deal at 5’1” but any taller would be an issue. You pay for even water on this flight."

They don't work with other airlines in the event of a cancellation so you're on your own. I will never fly this airline ever again, id rather take the bus."

Only 3 people working to check luggage the week before christmas. Almost missed our flight because the line was so long. Was advertised as some free seating options but when checked into flight 24 hr ahead of time had to pay $16 a piece for middle row seats at the very back of the airplane. Flight was delayed 3 hrs because one of the flight attendants did not show up. Will never fly frontier again."

I am a frequent traveler and use Frontier for 90% of my flights. I will soon start flying with other airliners and build points with them as I am fed up with the lack of organization and care that Frontier has for its customers. I should be compensated for all the troubles I have been through with Frontier over the past few years!!"
