This hotel is a wonderful place to relax. Great location, very nice staff and good food.

We loved this hotel, so much that we extended our stay for a couple more nights. The food was excellent - loved their breakfast and had dinner there almost everynight. Beautiful location and the staff were great. The rooms were very spacious - had 2 cribs in our room and still have plenty of room to walk around.

While we loved staying there, there were a few minor things that could improve. The pillows were ackward (big square), thus uncomfortable. The restaurant staff were very friendly, but can be a bit slow. Bring mosquito repellents in the summer. The rooms can get really warm with no a/c. Leaving the windows open usually solves the problem, but then the mosquitos run rampant. Internet is free, but very slow.

Warm personal welcome by staff and management, friendly and helpfull in all matters, good food at the 2 restaurants, breakfast was complete, including champagne!

The hotel is superb in any way. The service, the friendlyness of the staff and the phantastic breakfast.the hotel is very quiet in the winter and the spa/pool is very inviting and the spa treatment was great! Great hide away for relaxation.

Am Freitag abend gab es Schwimmen in der Therme bei Kerzenschein bis 22:30. Sehr schöne Leihbademäntel im Zimmer. Am Samstag war Frühstück bis 11:30 möglich. Der Strand und die Promenade sind gleich hinter dem Haus.

Die Handtücher im Bad waren dünn. Keine angenehme Duft in der Eingangshalle. Parkplatz kostenpflichtig.

Very good location close to the sea, rich breakfest buffet, three indoor pools, two of them with thermal watter.

We visited this hotel for the second time. This time our family room was much smaller, located just above the main entrance to the hotel, thus there was a noise especially in the morning.

The welcome was excellent. We were very satisfy with the courtersy and friendliness of when we were not happy with our room location. Immediately the staff oblige to accomodate our preferences for an upper floor room rather than a ground floor location.

Good location nearby strand, apartment absolutely suitable for family holidays (2+1), nice staff, good breakfast and even better half-board (buffet), several restaurants and bars, aquapark (small-one ;)). If you book only night-beds then you have possibility to choose everyday whether you want to have an brakfast or/and dinner at afternoon. Of course you pay then extra fee, but it gives you the flexibility to eat the dinner somewhere else than at hotel if one wish so. Dog-friendly place, as whole Ruegen is.

Half-board: I was really suprised that besides you pay normal fee, you have to pay extra for non-alcoholic beverages, I can understand extra fee if you want bottle of wine... but... tea or orange juice??? (at breakfast those drinks are free). If you rent an apartment the cleaning-service requires extra-fee. Parking: extra fee. City tax: extra fee. So be prepared for "hidden" costs ;)

There was no swimming pool it is a plunge pool, very misleading, no atmosphere and rooms for the price ridiculously small

A five star hotel with no air conditioning - 35 degrees in the night and we had no sleep. staff were arrogant when we complained - though did change the room but no difference. room small - breakfast poor.

Very pretty hotel in a very pretty town full of late 19th century white villas. Hotel looks good from outside and is right in the very centre of town, although not directly on the beach. Rooms have very wide balconies looking down onto the main street which could have been noisy, although we did not find it so. Recommended

If you do not like to look out onto a main street do not go there.

The Hotel is well situated in the middle of Binz so the town is easily accessed. We additionally hired a garage at the hotel, very necessary as parking is almost impossible otherwise. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of choices, the room was comfortable and clean and, as we were on the third floor, the lift was welcome.

There was some external noise late at night, but this is only to be expected in a beach resort from a hotel so centrally located.

As usual I had an excellent stay in this hotel. Good beds, clean rooms and an excellent breakfast.

it says that it is facing the sea but that´s not true, there were no views from the room. very different to the picture they show. it´s not really recommended for wellness because it doesn´t have y pool or jacuzzi, only saunas and paid massages.

The location of the hotel is excellent. On the beach and right in the city. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful.

Every morning at about 6:30, a member of the staff unlocked the outdoor tables and chairs which had been chained together. This woke me up earlier than I wanted since my window was open.

Breakfast was ok even if we have some doubts how fresh were the fruits... My wife got sick after our stay but it is always hard to be sure what the reason is...

This hotel has nothing to do with a 4 star hotel. At best, it could be rated as a 3 star but fairly a 2 star woulld fit the best. For instance, we got no bath in the room... In addition, the location is not the best for visiting since it is quite isolated from the touristic part. Our recommendation would be to look for a 3 star hotel at Binz if no 4 star hotel is available.

The atmosphere, the service, the restaurant, the staff, the swimming pool, the tranquility. The hotel ( and the island in general) is geared to German and Scandinavian visitors, but everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make our stay a pleasure. We wished we had stayed longer - despite the weather.

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and obliging. The room was ready for occupation earlier than expected and was very comfortable overlooking the courtyard.

I enjoyed relaxing in the beer garden with a Pils and my pipe. Thanks again for letting me use the office computer to check my emails.

The location is great: a nice stroll to the town centre, yet quiet and in the nature. The hotel features a nice retaurant and it offers a good breakfast. The room was spacious and well equipped (for a 3***, that is): TV, telephone were there, but no minibar and no A/C. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The parking space in front of the restaurant is limited, but there is a spacious free parking space at 50m from the hotel.

I think it has been renovated since its profile has been posted on booking.com, because the pictures on the description look really dated, it is much better in reality!

The appartment was recently renovated, clean and well equipped. It was conveniently located just off the beach promenade and close to the Pier and centre shopping area. The breakfast was at the coffee shop downstairs and the breakfast was adequate for the additional cost. Parking was inclosed and about a block away.

Unfriendly manager. We had to pay in advance for everything and no money back when renting bikes for one more day than initially wished. The internet did not work for all the time of our stay and nobody from the staff did anything. The room furnished with very old and stinking towels was not clean. No cleaning of the room during all the stay. No soap was available.

Not being informed about an additional town tax, and being passed local travel cards at the being of the stay, which where not optional which was used as a means of recovering a local tax.

Well equipped and clean apartment, where we did not really miss anything. Mostly very friendly and helpful staff. Really appreciated that we were not only allowed to borrow a child high chair for free to the apartment, but that it was already put there prior to our arrival.

Very narrow driveway down to the garage, where the hotel strangely parks their own Smart car in the bend. I sadly scraped my own car against the wall on my first attempt to get it through, but I guess I cannot really blame anyone else. :-( Quite a lot of staircases not making it ideal for families with small children.
