Pros: The owner was great. He is very friendly and made an amazing breakfast. The cottage is close to the beach and other nice spots.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy check in. Great recommendations for the area and our yummy breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had the big double room with private bathroom. The big bed was particularly comfortable which I like. Hate single beds. The breakfasts were really great. Real produced crapes (did I spell that correctly), for the first breakfast that only someone from Quebec can. And I enjoyed chatting to the other guests at breakfast also.
Cons: There really wasn’t anything.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, hosts were friendly and helpful.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Parking was ...uncertain?
10.0 Excellent

Cons: N/A
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hosts very friendly, Excellent breakfast! Very comfortable room, outdoor space nice. Quiet location
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were lovely and told you things to see and do and places to eat in the area. We had been in the area but quite a few years ago and things change. Lovely gardens and driftwood village and gnomes. Quite magical, particularly lit up at night! Breakfasts are wonderful and can keep you going until an early supper. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: There are 2 rooms which share a bathroom at the top of a small landing so you are in close quarters if there is a snorer in the other room. The fan provided - there is no AC which really isn't necessary as at night it cools down - is effective but noisy. We certainly knew that it was a shared bathroom and it wasn't an issue when we were younger but is tougher when older.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly generous hosts, quaint setting, quiet comfortable rooms, nice full breakfast. Gardens were beautiful.
Cons: Everything was wonderful. Be aware you will share a bathroom with guests from other room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view of the Golf course with elegant furniture and room design. This location has a beautiful back yard Garden.
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. Few items inside the room like Pressing Iron and ironing table were of very inexpensive quality.
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice heritage and well appointed rooms. Very quiet and peaceful. Good location near the beach and plenty of parking. Nice breakfast if a bit basic. Good views over the golf course and sea from the front of the property.
Cons: Forest view room looked over the parking lot and maintenance building. Room was a little dark
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We like the hotel itself the amenities, cleanliness, and the caretaking of the hotel and grounds.
Cons: The staff was not very friendly or accommodating. The lady who sat out front checking people in was almost rude and acted stuck up. When we had breakfast I asked for decaf coffee. They didn't have any made so they brought this coffee that was like a tea bag which was horrible. The person I spoke with about the coffee acted as if I was asking for something impossible to get. So no your staff was not helpful or welcoming at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were welcoming and friendly. The suite was stayed in (The John Wayne suite) was clean, very comfortable and had nice touches like a hand-written greeting, a mini fridge with cold water, and lots of fluffy towels. There is plenty of parking. Excellent breakfast served from 8 to 10am.
Cons: No complaints, everything was positive.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable! Breakfast was delicious!
8.3 Excellent
Cons: attached to an adjoining room so we could hear the other people next door VERY well.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: This hotel is not as good as it thinks it is - the staff upon arrival was unfriendly, there seemed to be an attempt to give us 2 forest view rooms despite us having booked and paid for an ocean view room, the actual forest view room (the notorious room 214) had no windows and was very dark, the general level of maintenance in the rooms was poor (ceiling fan not working, bath plug not attached to chain, curtains not hooked, wheels on furniture fell out when moved, windows cannot open because rope broken, old/weak batteries in remote control etc.)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed. Good breakfast variety. Friendly staff
Cons: Dirty bathroom floor.. No coffee and cream replenish Glasses are caked with something. Had to wash them before using

Pros: Lovely large room overlooking the ocean(via the car park!). Beautiful pool and hot tub. Very good restauarant.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Kindly the restaurant folk permitted my husband to take a container of breakfast back to our bedroom, as my mobility is not good. The gentleman who checked us in was particularly courteous and friendly. Environs very clean.
Cons: Maybe a few more grab bars in shower/tub would be a good idea. Remember, your clientele is aging. Ours did not have one but staff warned us of this ahead of time = good. A nite lite might be appreciated by older guests or children. Not essential however.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location really nice right by the water, good restaurant with nice live music, modern look and great pool/sun deck area. There's a beach in front but it was under construction last week. Nice walk along the beach.
Cons: Some of the suites have a more obstructed view of the ocean because of their roof wing on the left side so ask for right side or centre on upper level if possible.
7.5 Good
Pros: location
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was very close to the beach and we took a nice stroll along the water in the evening. It’s also close to Heritage forest.
Cons: The fridge was loud but we just unplugged it.
6.7 Good
Pros: Staff were friendly, responsive and professional. Location was convenient.
Cons: Room wasn’t serviced while we were out for the day. First floor patio had no semblance of privacy - it faced the restaurant which had guests eating at it and facing us less than a stone’s throw away. No extra pillows in room. In all, didn’t feel like it was worth over $300 per night.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The property in general is very well maintained, staff is responsive to any request we had. The restaurant is a plus also.
Cons: The second day our room wasn’t made up till 5 pm when I asked for it, and later it has only been made partially.

Pros: Modern design. Comfortable bed and great spa area with indoor/outdoor small pool. Staff was very helpful!
Cons: Refrigerator too noisy.

Pros: The garden

10.0 Excellent
Pros: First of all, the hosts were welcoming and we felt very comfortable. The floor plan is the best I ever seen. The bedroom was straight down hall from front door. It was well appointed with king size bed. There was a sliding glass door to a lovely garden where you could sit. We walk across garden patio and in a seating room and breakfast alcove. Paul makes an incredible breakfast. We had been traveling and just chilled at the home for 1 day. My husband painted and even a small concert with Char and Paul friends. Absolutely delightful.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Paul and Charlene were very friendly and hospitable; the room and bed were very comfortable and clean. Paul cooked an excellent breakfast.
Cons: My only criticism is that the switches for the room lights were outside the door to the room or awkwardly placed behind the headboard of the bed.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect sice, cozy home.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and everything was replenished daily e.g. breakfast items, face cloths, towels. Beds were comfortable with good light for reading. Our host Karen was very nice and knowledgeable about the area, giving us suggestions on things to do and the history of some of the places nearby like Judges Row Beach and the Heritage Forest.
Cons: There was an odour upon entering that was somewhat musty. This happened whenever we would enter the property not just initially when it had been closed up. Opening windows and running fan helped to eliminate this. The couch was dated and soft and not very comfortable. Could use an update. The deck to the upstairs unit was really only a landing and not much of an ocean view but there were other outdoor seating areas around the property that were available.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great place with a wonderful host who helped us when we ran into some trouble. Location is close to the beautiful beach. Room is big, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

7.9 Good
Pros: Location was good for what we required, owner was very nice

9.6 Excellent
Pros: A modest hotel but it was great for us. Right on the water with a rough ramp beside the hotel. We had arrived by kayak and would be leaving by kayak so the ramp was important to us. We were able to leave our boat right in the main garden, almost outside our room, and that was ideal. The rooms are small, even though they kindly upgraded us to a larger room. Still, it was all we needed. We had a wonderful dinner at a restaurant just down the road. After dinner we walked to the little ice cream place for dessert. A good end to the day.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: All the comforts of home in the little one bedroom cabin. We were even able to buy pancakes mix and bacon from the store that has everything!
Cons: I was worried about no a/c but the fan kept us cool.
7.5 Good
Pros: Super kid friendly lots to do for the kiddos
Cons: No ac rooms upstairs got hot
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything on site- great pool and slides and very clean.
Cons: Our cabin was a little worn but the deluxe cabins were more modern.
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: Toilet was plugged the first time we used it, water was flowing from the bottom of the toilet. We were accused of causing the problem. My credit card was charged $1000 for something we did not do. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
6.7 Good
Pros: The pool area and staff.
Cons: Cleanliness, pool shared with general public and having to pay extra for the water slide and mini golf. The suite did not look at all like the pictures.
7.5 Good
Pros: We enjoyed the pool and Mackenzie was an outstanding staff member!
Cons: We were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of our suite.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The staff at the pool and in the store were friendly.
Cons: We didn’t have hot water for 2/3 days, the oven and microwave weren’t working properly and the manager said he would send me a voucher to compensate because I had prepaid and he never did. I also sent a follow up email and there has been no response. I stayed on the weekend of Aug 9-11. Very very disappointed.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were helpful and friendly
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We went at the beginning of the September off season so the resort was much quieter I suspect than in the summer months as this is definitely a family fun resort. The extensive grounds and accommodations are kept amazingly clean and and in good working order. The groundskeepers, maintenance crew, housekeeping crew and front office all seem to work amazingly well together. One maintenance guy managed to get my disabled car running again
Cons: Not sure if the water slide is worth the all prevailing noise from the joyful screaming that it generated but for sure the kids love it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great and good place to stay taking day trips or just going to the beach or staying there enjoying their facilities
Cons: everything was good
