Mattress is ok.
very noisy floor. everything is old old old.
Location, cleanlimess & price.
Hotel was nasty. No ice after 9 all the drinks were sold out. There were bugs a inch deep in the exterior lights. The shower was not usable due to nasty stuff in the bottom and it was nothing close to 2 star. Very disappointed. Beware.
the location was perfect it was clean and the breakfast was set up nice.the staff was nice .
the only thing the vanity outlet was not working i wasnt able to used the blowand plug my curling irons up .but other than that i was pleased .
Nice hotel, great room for price. Great area
Remodeled room was wonderful. Super accomodations at a great price. Location was a quick and easy ride to the Raleigh Convention Center.
hotel was nice and clean. AC and fridge were good and cold. Nice amenities
Could have more variety on breakfast bar, but it was still good.
Overall it was a good stay and a good location.
That I had to pay a crazy price for the room. Charging people a 50 dollar deposit if they use their debit card or pay cash. I had 2 dogs which they weren't there 80 percent of the time. I did get the 50 dollar deposit back when I checked out.
Although the hotel is not modernly-renovated, it clearly is being cleaned as well as possible for an aging hotel. Also, it was an inexpensive stay and not too far from Raleigh's downtown. For the cost-conscious, this hotel may be worth staying at.
Because of its age, this hotel FEELS dirty (even though there's no evidence that it is). There were also cigarette burns in our shower leftover from whenever that room was last a smoking room. It's a typical low-cost hotel, for better or worse.
The room was clean. There was an issue with the heating unit, but the manager addressed it quickly and gave a slight discount for the first night. The comforter had an odor. I purchased my own. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels etc were provided. No frills, affordable rate. Close to hwys, dining etc.
