Pros: Clean rooms, comfortable bed & pillows, breakfast was excellent!
Cons: nothing. We wish all of our hotel stays could have been this nice.
Pros: Hampton Inn in Red Bluff was fantastic! The staff was so accommodating, the complimentary breakfast was delicious with different choices each day, warm cookies in the evening, rooms were spacious, very clean and updated.
Pros: Stopped for the night on our way back to Washington from Southern Cal. Clean and modern facility. The staff was helpful. The breakfast is better than most hotels for the price.
Pros: staff was pleasant
Cons: would have liked to have breakfast included.
Pros: The staff was very nice, although one person called out sick which caused a backlog of service on Friday morning, but the people who were there were very nice.
Loved the free breakfast, thought it had a good amount of offerings and was located in a nice, updated clean room.
Was impressed with the pool and koi pond.
Cons: The room was a little bit cramped, but for one night it was fine.
Cons: Toilet didn't work, Had to park in a dark ally way. It was in a bad part of town. Beds felt like they were box springs. Lady at the front desk accused me of being cheap because I didn't want to stay there because I didn't feel safe.
Pros: Good location . staff are friendly. All my family stay here 4nights . Just fell like our home . Love here. .
Pros: It was what you would expect for a cheap hotel room. Close to stores.
Cons: Trying to find an outlet to charge the phone, found dirty Qtips back behind the matress. Shower door needed to be jimmied to close. There is no hot water to take a shower with. The sink was clogged and didn't drain.
Pros: Great for the price and everything you need for a stopover...refrigerator and microwave in room too. Located in a good part of town..no concern about items visible in car...
Pros: Not so good
Cons: Breakfast is very bad
Pros: It was conveniently located and clean
Cons: Small bathroom aged room
Very clean and well located in town
Pros: How nice looking the room was
I believe it was way over priced and any hotel that refuses to serve coffee to its guests is not worth the stay.
Pros: They allowed my dog to stay
Cons: No coffee pot in the room and none in the lobby
Cons: They told me I was not aloud to have visitors after 7pm and gave me a lot of problems... I will not be staying there again.
Pros: Location and cost
Pros: next to stores (grocery/liquor) & Dominos, room seemed clean enough but not comfy, had heat/AC unit in room, lots of security cameras (..good & bad), soda machine, ice machine, owners seemed nice but tries to get every extra dollar out of you
Cons: threatened to kick us out for extra ppl so we had to pay $10/extra person, bad room lighting, small pool, gross hand soap, cheap beds, creepy neighbors, ONLY 1 CAB IN ALL OF REDBLUFF so they drove us (which was nice) 4 mi. & charged ANOTHER $10/person
Cons: this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was actually afraid I would get bit by something. the sheets were old, the carpets were filthy and the room smelled terrible. i am pretty sure it is used as a place to house homeless people.
Pros: Terry, the manager, was extremely polite. I called to let them know we were going to check in late and he said "not to worry." Music to my ears. We got a great rate and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We got a good night's rest.
Cons: The bathroom light heater was not working in one of the rooms. Other than that, it was perfect.
Pros: Nice place, I would stay there again, Owner, and family are very friendly and helpful
Pros: Inexpensive, friendly front desk staff, close (but not too close) to highway.
Cons: There was a cluster of men drinking outside their rooms at night, and they catcalled at me every time I went to my car. Even when I was with my spouse or friends. I have traveled by myself all over the world and dealt with a lot of annoyances, but I was surprised that I would be be harassed like this in my home state. There were a number of contractor-like vehicles in the parking lot, so maybe the motel houses a lot of itinerant workers?
My husband and I had no issues with our room, but our friends (a couple with a child) said their room had lots of roaches and smelled of cigarettes.
