Close proximity to centre of old town and facilities at Hotel. Also the easy access to car parking across road. Nothing, except the restaurant was a little disappointing.
We found the hotel very comfortable the staff extremely efficient and friendly. The facilities were excellent and the location was also a bonus being so close to the toen.
What I liked more was the beautiful garden, the food, the location of this hotel, the shops nearby and, of course, the amaizing mountins seen on the top, the trip with the telecabin, the clean streets and the fact that the hotel has a safe parking place. Do not forget the history of the hotel which is an impressive one! Congratulations!
The exquisite size of the room----BIG. The breakfast was tremendous. The playground was perfect for our seven year old. We loved the grounds.
My single room was spacious and well-fitted out with a sitting area and a desk. There was a large closet, a free in-room safe and a very nice bathroom with lovely amenities. The public rooms in the hotel were lovely in a classic hotel kind of way and the garden area was beautiful. The included breakfast was served in the hotel restaurant, a beautiful room, and was an amazing spread. As for location, it was a very short walk from the railway station, the old town and one of the town's three cable cars.
Best hotel-stay in Italy, though others we stayed in were more highly rated & expensive. Clean, efficient, friendly & superb restaurant.
Excellent bar with great wines by the glass.
quiet comfortable room; high-level breakfast; location
The hotel was lovely and the location very convenient to the old part of town. We also liked access to the Internet 24ì7 through their kiosk. Their laundry service was also very good. The info about the hotel made the private park seem more important than it was... though it is a nice back yard, it's not as large as it was described.
Friendly staff, good location, friendly atmosphere,
Good location. I stayed in this hotel in the summer on my way to Italy and I liked it. My second stay was a big disappointment and I will not come back. The room (101) was worn out, walls scratched, the bathroom apparently after some quick and not very successful reconstruction. Overall feel from the room was not more than 3 stars. If we did not arrive late in the evening and tired after a long drive, I would go and check for some other hotel in the city.
Hotel was 4 star indeed, I booked it only because of the special offer found in booking.com (otherwise it would not fit my budget). We liked the swimming pool/ spa facilities, the room was great, breakfast very good, with wide variety, very worm and welcoming stuff (at least from the moment you become a guest of the hotel). The bathroom was perfect. 1. The internet kiosks near the desk were horrible(, I'm sure I've lost some hair because of it and I'm not That old...) - very very slow, tended to crash and restart on their own (took me 30 minutes to book the hotel from booking.com). 2. parking price was very high (20 euro for 1 night) and there is not much free parking around.
The room was very attractive and comfortable. We did not have any complaints.
the modern design of the hotel the hotel is situated far from the center, more than i knew
The food in the restaurant was very good. The restaurant and parking were very expensive.
the design, the complementary spa entrance (swimming pool and hot tub), the bar the location
very spacious family suites. very good location, good parking possibilities. the fitness and spa area were excellent and were xcellent value. the breakfast could be a little more varied and have fresher produce.overall though it was fine.
pool and gym good. Confort of room good. Hotel is not really four star - it is like a hi level Ibis or Travelodge. Few staff and staff polite but not friendly. Breakfast quite good but certainly not 4 star - cannot even get a fried egg or bacon on for example. Walk-in rate of 100 euros is the same as the pre booked internet rate which has got to be a bad deal. At 60 euros this hotel would be ok. At 100 its expensive for what it is.
The room was not clean, it was cold, the bathroom drain was blocked, and there were not enough shampoo and soup in the bathroom. Only one shampoo and one soap for two people. We arrived at 10.30PM and if it was not that late we would have left and find another place. When we told the staff about the room temperature they replied because you came late. In the other words, if you want a warm room be early. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
sauna, pool facilities free of charge closing of sauna 1 hour before closing time
Nicely located within walking distance to the city center. Very clean and comfortable facilities and courteous staff.
Room decor.reception staff.breakfast
The garden and pool were a wonderful asset, breakfast as well. The room was quiet and ) air-conditioned. The staff was generally pleasant. Free internet access! It could use some brightening up and seems to be rather a good three-star hotel than a four star house.
Excellent. Huge rooms. Modern. King size comfortable beds. Good selection of international TV channels. Small pool. Lovely dining area. Limited parking. Limited internet access on slow PCs. Would have been useful if more information about the local area was available in the hotel.
This was the best we ever had before.
No airconditioning! Breakfast was so so, bread was a bit old, but the coffee was good. Not a very large buffet. Too expensive for what you get.
Older exterior but interior of building comfortable throughout. Scandanavian style bedroom fittings and quality bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast. Desk staff variable - one very pleasant but others off-hand. There is excellent underground parking (not free) across the road but very difficult to find at first attempt due to one-way street etc. Good idea to park nearby and recce.
good directions from station, good breakfast
Big room, great view.
Already stayed one night in statndard room - superior room with view was great
The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, very European and delicious, especially the fresh bread. They have a dinner as well for an extra charge and it was one of the best meals we had in Europe. Location was very close to a cable car down to Bozen. We loved the hotel although it was obvious they are not used to English speaking guests. The hotel info in our room was only in Italian and German so we had to ask about every detail, which did cause some minor communication issues, although two staff members did speak some English. For example, we did not know that dinner started at a specific time so came late, which was rather embarrassing. The website for the hotel did have an English page so we assumed that the hotel would be more accommodating to English speaking guests as well as German and Italian. It would be nice to at least have hotel info in the room in English along with the other languages.
There was so much to offer. The hotel and the surrounding area was beautiful. A great value for the money. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The rooms was very nice Dinner is only served until 8pm so a late check-in may mean you go without dinner. The road to the hotel is very steep and has tight hairpin bends. The hotel is quite isolated.
Friendly staff and family even with limited English. Excellent food. Great mountain views. Challenging but wonderful drive to get to hotel especially in severe thunderstorm.
The view was great and very easy acccess to hiking trails The lack of sheets and only a heavy comforter made it very hot. Also, the staff was not accomodating and no one speaks any English which is okay but
Location, beautyful hotel, food, cleanlyness, We liked everything
Everything about the hotel was superb. Views of the Italian Alps were outstanding. Breakfast was excellent.
The hotel is excelient in any aspect you can think about. The staff is very kind and carring. The rooms are very spacious, clean and in a very good taste, the breakfast is the best we had during our stay in north of Italy. Across the street from the hotel there is a cabel car connecting with the city of Bolzano that run every 4 minutes. Beatiful view. To reach the hotel by car you have to drive aboout half an hour up the mountain. We think it worth it.
wonderful hotel, amazing views, the dinner is chip and very tasty.
Located near tranquil Alpine hiking trails and vistas. Hotel staff was friendly and rooms were very upscale with balconies overlooking the Dolemites.
