7.1 Good
Pros: We liked the location (although Marquette is small so any location works), and the view. If we didn't already have breakfast plans their breakfast buffet looked quite nice. We love visiting Marquette and were initially excited to stay here for the first time.
Cons: Ran out of hot water (second person taking reasonable shower at 8:30 a.m. - seriously, had conditioner-crunchy hair for the balance of the day... ), so-so bed, and the only chair to look out onto the lake from was the rolling desk chair. All of this could be overlooked if the price wasn't three times other motel/hotels, and if the (otherwise smiling although somewhat uncoordinated amongst each other ) staff had simply asked how my stay was at checkout. They didn't, instead they questioned me -- twice -- as to why I wanted a printout of the invoice as we had no incidentals (because I didn't get a printout under my door, and because I wanted one.). As a Hilton Honors member this is one "newer" Hampton that caught me a bit off guard.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Location close to lower harbor and downtown were ideal. Right on the lakeshore bike path. Breakfast better than most hotels. Surprisingly nice exercise room/facility. Fully accessible pool Decent WiFi speed Price comparable to Landmark Will definitely stay again next time I'm in MQT
Cons: For the money, I would have hoped for better pillows.

7.4 Good
Pros: Liked the recliner and grill
9.4 Excellent
Pros: My place was a great very clean hotel with kitchenette and close to downtown Marquette.
Cons: would have rated it 5 out of 5 except for the fact that when we went to use the kitchen utensils, plates and cups we found none. Perhaps they forgot to stock our room?
9.7 Excellent
Pros: It was super clean and new. The staff was very friendly. They only do housekeeping once every 4 days which is actually good— less wasteful. But if you need anything in between you can get it.
Cons: The only complaint I have is that the pillows were too soft and I had trouble sleeping. But that’s kind of a personal preference.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This pet friendly, new, and exceptionally clean hotel has a full size kitchen (no dishes though), and a laundry room. Price very reasonable compared to other hotels of lesser quality in the same area. Staff extremely helpful. Convenient to city center. Enjoyed the activities in the area so much that we extended our stay.
Cons: Hotel was hard to locate even with Garmin; wedge between two other hotels and the MY Place over head sign is not visible until you are almost on top of it. Suggest better lighting for the sign.

Pros: Absolutely wonderful! great staff, beautifully decorated and very clean rooms. Very cool European design ! Great breakfast with daily menu changes. Very competetively priced! we will be back
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A fabulous hotel in every regard. I stay at 4-5 star hotels in various cities at least once per year, and there's no question this is their equal. Particularly liked the abundance of outlets, including several built into the bed headboards (USB ports as well). No need to search for connections for phones/laptop. The place was spotless and the hot breakfast ws very good.

Cons: He beds were firm....everyone has their preference so nothing wrong

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff great. Breakfast great. Room attractive and spacious. Room well-equipped to charge and use portable devices. Bed comfortable and plush.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and very comfortable. The room had available many charging outlets including free WiFi for all your media devices. Microwave/Refrig was really nice. We especially liked the breakfast offered each day of our stay. Very nice selection including eggs, sausage/bacon, oatmeal, fruit, waffles, juice etc. There was something for everyone. Spacious eating area or you could go back to your room. They had a very nice indoor pool area also.
Cons: The room did not have lights/light that could be dimmed to a lower light level. This feature would be nice if you have someone in your party that was sleeping in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our car broke down and was getting repaired on the day of check-out. The guy at the desk extended our check-out for an extra hour while our car was repaired. No charge. Every one was super friendly and helpful, our room was clean and the breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable, extremely affordable. Very friendly staff in a good location.
6.2 Good
Pros: Reading about how they built the hotel and the pictures they had in the lobby.
Cons: The rooms aren't set up correctly. We had had a long drive and were very tired. We unfortunately got to hear what the next room was doing all night because their headboard kept hitting our wall. Definitely not good for a family atmosphere. Then as we were leaving my boyfriend called me into the office to look at the books with the development of the hotel in them. I happened to look up and saw a older man and a young blond girl commenting on my boyfriend's appearance. Now I admit he has got the 'Grizzly Adams' thing going on with a long beard and hair that should have been cut about 10 years ago but that's his business. I found it very rude and offencive and will never go back there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, friendly Host, very clean. Good value. We have stayed there when in Marquette for over 30 years now. Never been disappointed.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Comfortable. Good value
Cons: Weak air conditioner
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The pool area was nice and clean. Continental breakfast was perfect, had a large selection! Great hotel for families.
Cons: We needed extra towels because we were only given two for a family of three, we were asked to come to the front desk and we would have liked them brought to our room. We wished our room had a king bed.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The separate cottage was nice and roomy.
Cons: Noise from traffic and heater (I think). It sounded like hail hitting the roof.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: I was going through kayak with and they over booked and my reservation was invalid. I was not charged but when your planning a trip it was very inconvenient since there was no other available motels in the area I had to cancel my entire trip. Not happy!

4.5 Okay
Cons: The rooms facing the highway get all the road noise. It sounds like the window is open. We walked in the room and immediately walked back to the desk and asked for a room facing away from the highway. The clerk refused to move us because their policy was that housekeeping must clean the room after you enter and the did not have housekeepers available. I asked her to let the manager know we were dissatisfied with that response. Never heard from the manager. We do not recommend staying here. This was Sunday 8/21/16 around 9:00 pm (in case the manager wants to identify the clerk on duty).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Needed more choices for breakfast besides cereal, and bread related products(french toast, waffles, bagels, sweet rolls). Maybe eggs, sausage.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: I liked that every morning they were busy bright and early cleaning the rooms. They left the doors open and you could see them cleaning and smell the cleaning products. You didn't have to doubt that beds were changed as you saw them collecting sheets. The breakfast area was spotless and constantly being stocked. Often it ran pass 10:00am if there was a large number still eating. The staff was friendly and helpful from checking in, to housekeeping and maintenance when I accidentally shut off the switch to the refrigerator. Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Don't judge it by its cover. May not be the most luxurious but a great value and great find.
Cons: The outside of the building and the rooms are a little out dated. But mattresses were newer. The lighting could have been a bit brighter. Really no complaints.
7.7 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, easy parking, close to town, refrigerator in room. We didn't use any of the amenities outside our room, so I can't comment on that, but overall, we've little to complain about.
Cons: The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the "breakfast" was lacking, but otherwise the accommodations were what we were looking for.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel location and cleanliness was good.
Cons: I personally didn't find the beds that comfortable.
7.3 Good
Pros: The room was very large, large enough for us to set up our 4 and a half month old's pack and play and still have enough room to walk around comfortably. The staff was also very accommodating and nice. We checked in after midnight on the night of our stay and it was no problem.
Cons: Although the room was clean, it smelled a bit like sewage. The window was small so there was not a lot of light, and the room overall could use a lot of updating. The shower head was mounted a bit low, so you had to bend backwards to rinse your hair under the shower, but the water pressure was good.

4.8 Okay
Pros: Location was good and near restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: Rooms are not very clean (carpet as sofa had stains , old furniture). Parking is very inconvenient as the lot isn’t very big.
3.4 Mediocre
Cons: I stayed at another hotel a mile down the street called country inn a week before which was cheaper and nicer place that offered a continental breakfast. Ramada didn't offer a breakfast for the price I paid I would have thought it would. I was traveling with my young son who really wanted to go in the hot tub, so we asked if we could use the hot tub 30 min before it was scheduled to open and was denied. The heater in the room kept us up all night as well, making a knocking noise. The key had to be swiped four or five times before our room would open. Stay somewhere else
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location downtown. Easy walking distance to stores, waterfront, many brewpubs and excellent dining. In the historic 'heart' of Marquette.
Cons: I love a nice breakfast, or at least the start of a nice breakfast. The hotel has a nice restaurant/bar, but nothing substantial that is included in the price of your stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is great and the rooms were nice.
Cons: We stayed on the second floor and the pool was packed with loud kids. Given it was a Saturday night.
