Pros (+) The rooms had been updated and renovated.
Cons (-) Check-in was a long process because employees didn't know what they were doing. Some of the rooms I had booked were not cleaned upon arrival(5 pm). Not all rooms that I had booked had working A/C unit. With that being said. The hotel staff gladly helped us change to a different room.
