Location
Pros: Found I had reserved the car at a different location than the airport in Jackson, MS. Clerk could not transfer the reservation to the airport location. I would have had to take a cab to the other rental location. I had to call and cancel the reservation and make a new reservation at the airport. Originally I had booked online through Kayak.
When I got to the garage to pick up my car, they were out of economic cars. They upgraded me to a Ford Expedition. It was a tank for one person. The weather was bad so it worked out.

Pros: The vehicle was nice
Cons: They didn't have the car ready, there was personal belongings of the previous driver still in the car. Also, the car needed some maintenance(an alignment). I generally don't have any problems with Enterprise!

Cons: Due to holiday traffic in the area, we were late arriving. The young met us at the door and said "sorry we are closed". I wasn't aware the location closed at 2:00 pm.

it worked great
Pros: Had an issue at pick up BUT Avis costumer care was great had to change couple times and Avis costumer care was polite and swift it's not everyday you see a major company with high morals, great prices and excellent service THANK THANK YOU THANK YOU
Cons: What I didn't like wasn't Avis fault it was a employees error and not the company plus employee might have a had an emergency so I'm not upset plus Avis costumer care was super fast in fixing the issue
