Mostly everything. Parking in the adjacent private car park, although (not much) extra, was excellent and much better than having to find public parking. The lake-side view onto the Piazza and beyond is brilliant. Obviously recently refurbished, the state of the room was excellent, and the brand new, large, shower a pleasure.

WiFi, which I needed to keep in touch with work, was non-functional in the room (301) although fine if I went to the reception area. Also room 301, being the last on the corridor, is long and thin (probably not originally meant to be a room) and a couple of times I banged my head against the wall-mounted TV. A pity really otherwise everything would have been five star !

Hotel is right at the lake in the old town. It has a nice restaurant, staff are helpful, our room overlooked the square. Bathroom is quite spacious, everything is well maintained and clean.

If you reserve a parking spot for you car they should inform you upon reservation that you can drive to the hotel through the pedestrian zone in order to unload the luggage and get the parking card. We've circled around for half an hour, then I was forced to park in a no parking zone in order to run to the hotel to ask for directions. Only at the reception I've got the above information.
