The location; the atmosphere; the facilities and the staff all excellent. Also a special mention to the menu, four star value in a three star hotel. Our stay was too short !!!
The setting, accomodation and the food
Room very large and comfortable for the price of Euros 85. Food in restaurant excellent quality and price when ordering from the menu. Staff very helpful and friendly. Setting even better than that!
All the staff were very helpful. The location is superb and the facilities are excellent. We will stay there again.
helpful staff - nothing was too much of a problem. great and imaginative food. great location for discovering the Tarn Gorge and the Millau viaduct. a shower screen or curtain would have kept the shower water off the bathroom floor. tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be an improvement. perhaps a hot food option at breakfast.
The location of the hotel on the river, and the fact that all the rooms have a view of the river. The hotel is stylish and comfortable. The food is rather pretentious and bland, stylishly presented, but with virtually no choice and the same food on both nights. We didn't like it, and it represented very poor value.
The location is very peaceful and the Tarn Gorges are beautiful. The restaurant is excellent and the only criticism is that the portions are too large and the service too swift - we needed time between courses

liked the location and ambience -staff pleasant and the decor very unusual and attractive One glaring omission was the lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the bedroom-normal in most hotels of this standard.
Very large and comfortable room, to which we were taken by the English- speaking receptionist. Very clean. Superb views of the valley. Shower was over the bath but, with no screen or curtain, was impossible to use without soaking the floor! Dinner menu was clearly designed by a chef trying to be too clever! My main course was a piece of salmon, a few very thin slices of salsify, two small wedges of beetroot, and half a tomato, for which the charge was a disgusting 22€! My wife had two tiny pieces of cod, each on a blini, a tiny piece of roasted lemon, and one or two vegetables, for the same ridiculous price! Breakfast, at 13€, consisted of a small bottle of juice between two people, a small bowl of fruit salad with a separate container of yoghurt, two choices of cereal, one choice of cheese, plus bread, croissants and coffee. Certainly would not stay there again.
