Great customer service, very personal.
Nice and clean hotel in a quiet zone of Rome. Good value for your money.
the interior design and view from the window
the beds were not the best for a couple since they were twin and had to be transformed into a king. The breakfast was ok but not that varied and no options for hot beverages in the morning. Parking is paid and was expensive.
easy to get to the city centre - few stops by tram to the subway station, quite place
Rome may be expensive, still the price was quite high for the quality - small room (when opening the wardrobe you could not move around the bet), almost no space to meet with colleagues - even through hotel bar people were going from their rooms, ... internet acces is not standard part, etc.

Breakfast variation poor - no fresh fruit and limited cold meat and cheese. Extra pillows in bedroom and an air conditioner that works would have been nice - shopping trip to castel romano a waste of money - would not recommend to guests.
The room was wonderfull, really beautifull and confortable, very spacious and with a lovely terrasse in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.
The male staff were unpolite and did nothing to help, assist or even be cortious. Eg: we arrived late with a small child and a lot of luggage. Even though I am pregnant and there are a lot of steps on the entrance, in front of the reception hall, even though the receptionist was looking at us through the glass doors he didn't even bother to get up and open the double glass doors for us!!!
Clean, recently decorated to a high standard, reasonable breakfast
We booked a room with double bed, but were first allocated a tiny room with two singles. We asked to be transfered to a room with a double bed, and we were, but it had a window with the lower shutters permanently closed so we had little light and no view. The room itself was ok, but small, with nowhere to sit.
Close to Foro Italico, Pleasant surroundings
Small Rooms, Noisy ground floor rooms, Low quality breakfast buffet and service
the room is very clean and confortable.
Great location - easy to reach main city attractions by foot. The room / bathroom - cosy and very clean.
