Great location. Clean and comfortable

The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is in the center of the city with parking across the street. Perfect place to explore the city. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. Social Distancing is well observed and wearing a mask is obligatory. This made us feel extra safe.

Excellent location, superb friendly hotel

Back to Salamanca, this time for work and, as my first stay in Rona Dalba was good I decided to repeat it. Friendly check-in and a good surprise, they upgraded my reserve, so I got a superb room. Plenty of space and a large bathroom. My appreciation to the Rona Dalba staff in the guest service for their amiability. Once again, I enjoyed the hotel fantastic breakfast (everything you can ask for and something more) and an overall great sojourn. Very good location for someone who needs to go to the city center

Adela a perfect host. Attention to all details and available 24/7. The bedrooms fantastic as were the showers. Tv in each bedroom. Quite location which comes in handy after a long night out. I recommend driving to nearby linares de rio frío and having tapas at bar Castilla. Fabulous and at a price you will not believe . Suenorural deserves their 9.3 point rating and would even raise it if I could

Very good location, just around the corner of the city center Really a great breakfast and very polite staff. Overall it was a good stay, plus you have a public car parking a few meters from the Hotel.

I think for some reason i was upgraded to room 002 which was a wonderful room! Beautiful room , super comfortable, there was even a flyer on different pillows you could request including the special cervical neck pillows. That is a first anywhere and was super awesome. Breakfast was beautiful...cereals, yogurt, fruit, meats, cheeses, pastries , and a never ending coffee machine. The hotel was a couple minutes walk from Plaza Mayor and maybe 15 kin walk to cathedral. About a mile from either train or bus stations. Very convenient. Lovely staff including in the breakfast room staff.

Uncomfortable beds

Excellent location in the old town. Brilliant new rooms on the ground floor. Great space and great for disabled people such as myself. Disabled toilet and dining room on ground floor. There are stairs up to hotel but they have a wheelchair lift so really works for all kinds of disabilities.

There isn’t anything as the new rooms are great and really clean and oractical

The large comfortable room with a balcony. Soundproof door kept out noise from bars the other side of the street. Beds comfortable and room was clean. Disabled lift from the street level to reception. Plenty of variety at the buffet breakfast. Close to Plaza Mayor. Supermarket less than 100m from hotel. Check in and check out very quick.

Although a restaurant advertised on site this was only open for breakfast.

This was my second stay in this hotel, I returned because it has very comfortable rooms, right in the city centre for a reasonable price.

A workman emerging from an unmarked emergency exit near the front door, upsetting my bike which I was loading my luggage on to. Instead of apologising he get upset that I am in front of the emergency exit, point to the door just where there might be a sign but there is not. Prehaps a sign and some staff training is needed.

The new rooms are beautiful and big and airy and on the ground floor. The breakfast room is larger and has an excellent range of food for breakfast so great value for money. All the staff are really cheerful and helpful and look great in their new uniforms!

The hotel has just had (July 2019) a room refurbishment program completed on our room (007 & 004, 4 people) to a standard that puts some 5 star hotels to shame, no expense spared and ultra modern. The staff went out of their way to help and assist with directions ,questions and services, The website and booking.com/Trust pilot photos need to be updated. the rooms look dated, which is not the case. Perfectly located for touring the town of Salamanca, very close to all the bars and restaurants. Off road Parking which is inside and totally secure and manned. Definitely would return to this one and recommend to anyone travelling to Salamanca.

Good sized rooms, spotless cleaning

Parking is a chore but the staff do try to help, there are nearby garages however you need to be quick as the cheaper ones get full fast, prices vary up to 1 euro

Breakfast was a wee bit expensive for what was on offer.

Considering it is in the old part of Salamanca the hotel is surprisingly easy to get to. It is superbly located for visiting the old city.

We got room in a corner, and the building has an L shape, so if we open the window we can see inside another room in the other corner and surely they can see us too. But if you don't have this kind of room then it's ok

The room smelt of cigarettes, we asked to be moved and they did it straight away so that was good, the hotel should have stronger policies to ensure rooms are smoke free. The interior patio where the window looked at needs serious attention and cleaning but otherwise the room was very confortable and the bed too. Great shower as well .

This hotel is in a quiet square, yet very close to the center of Salamanca and all there is to see. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable, but nothing special. We were three friends traveling with a one night stopover in Salamanca. It was perfect for us.

The lift for the suitcases was being repaired as we entered. It would have been nice to have been able to use it.

Great hotel ...central to sights....fabulous breakfast choice. Sadly had to cut our stay short due to family bereavement but staff were very understanding....would stay here again when we return to see Salamanca in the future.

I enjoyed the breakfast, although it could benefit from a couple of salad options. I liked the garage where you can park your car; it does not belong to the hotel, but is right next door. I liked the location of the hotel; it is not in the center of everything (which allows for a cheaper price) but is really close regardless. The bathroom is great. The room has plenty of mirrors, despite being small. There are some beautiful paintings every floor if you take the stairs, instead of the elevator.

The bed was comfortable, but a little too soft for me. I was expecting a safe deposit box in the room, but could not find any. The view behind the hotel is not the best.

The bed was a little hard but that is just personal preference.
