Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean, and nice toiletries in the bathroom. The location is superb. We had a room which didn't have a view of the Plaza Mayor, so it was really quiet.

The room was a little small, but it didn't detract from our enjoyment

The hotel is refurbished, modern, comfortable and well appointed. It is located adjacent to the Plaza and has a tiny park across the street to sit or walk dogs. There is a bakery, a Starbucks and many cafe bars close by. The room in our suite had a large bed in one room and two large bunk beds in the other room, two televisions, a refrigerator and a kettle with coffee and tea. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was very large and well appointed with a huge tub. The staff is multilingual, efficient and pleasant. For a taste of local cuisine that has excellent value and a casual atmosphere,try Chico’s (right out of the hotel and another right at corner). We parked at Le Mans underground parking. It’s very safe and has a discounted rate through hotel. It’s about two blocks to the hotel through a very safe area. The hotel provided a pet bed and bowl for our dog. We will stay here again.

The receptionist was extremely helpful, offered to upgrade our original booking as I have to walk with a stick. The breakfast was presented with care to ensure all your requirements were met, scrambled egg, bacon, sausages, amazing, well worth the money.

Position was very central, overlooked the square. Clean rooms with large bathroom. Discounted parking nearby. Very helpful staff. Free wifi.

The only issue we experienced was the room air-conditioning. The hotel attempted to fix it, however it stopped working again. This made sleeping difficult as when the windows are opened, the noise from the square was really loud! The square has people partying all night until sunrise. Two nights bad sleep

Room was small but ok for 2 people. We had a toddler so was tight. Air con wasn't great more warm air than cold.

The rooms were clean, modern looking and very comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was splendid.

Someone must've been smoking in their rooms when we got there and the smell of tobacco was strong in the hallway of floor 2 where our rooms were. However the rooms themselves didn't have any smell.

Perfect location, walking distance to all tourist attractions and sorrounded by cafes and restaurants. Our room was spotlessly clean. The room was very quiet even though our wondow faced the very busy Plaza Mayor. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful.

Location was superb. Easy to walk to everywhere in monumental centre. The breakfast room overlooked the magnificent Plaza Mayor and there was a good choice of breakfast foods.

There was only one chair in the room so one had always to be on a bed.

Location, location and location, also our superior room was good size for our family and great breakfast.

Bathroom not so modern or good condition. Shower did not have good preassure and the shower cabinet was small.

This hotel was brilliant value for money. The rooms and bathroom facilities were beyond expectation. The restaurant on the first floor was done very nicely and the breakfast was very good.

Wonderful location just off the Plaza Mayor.

The room and bed were neat and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was very good and the staffs were super kind and friendly. The location is excellent, it's just at the corner of Plaza Mayor, and very close to all other historical places of Salamanca. It's very easy to access all the restaurants, bars, shops, etc. From this hotel is only 15 min walk to the Bus station. The location couldn't be better. Everything was satisfactory!

The party of school children were left to run riot at night which was very disturbing. Recommend you do not take party bookings of students without some sort guarantee they can behave.

The room was very modern and clean. We were given a king size bed which was extremely comfortable. The balcony view was excellent and just what we wanted. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very satisfying with a good selection of food. We also really appreciated the staff allowing us to leave our bags with them so we could go for a day of sight seeing before our journey home. I would highly recommend the balcony room, we had a great experience.

Easy to access, wonderful location, superb breakfast and lovely staff. Second visit travelling through Spain to the UK and Portugal and have already recommended to friends.

The location is great, you will not find better one. Breakfast was also really good and staff was more than polite.

The rooms are a little bit small and not that comfortable

We travel with our dog and the room was perfect. The hotel put a bed for the dog, water bowl and cookies! Location is perfect and the staff really nice.

We didn't request a room with a view because we thought the holiday street noise would be loud so we had an quiet inner room and were satisfied. The room was small but not unusual for european hotels. They even had a pet bed for our dog and treats for her too! The reception was friendly and professional and 24 hours. We couldn't have asked for a more central hotel right in the plaza mayor.

Only that the room was small but like I said above, this is usual for european hotels so we were not surprised and we were OK with it. The bed was comfortable and firm which we like and the bathroom modern. There was also a minibar which was a treat as not all hotels in Spain have them.

Everything was perfect in this hotel! And next time in Salamanca will be again in this hotel, for sure!

202 is claustrophobic

Free bicycles could help us get around the different sites very quickly. The staff spoke English well and were very friendly. The view was amazing, looking over Plaza Mayor in the very centre of the city.

This hotel is one of the best choice for Salamanca. With a view directly to Plaza Mayor, it makes your travel unforgettable. Really nice the rooms, a bit small, but ordinary. Very nice the bathroom as well.

The location is fantastic, right next to the city's main square. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly.

The location and the cleanliness. Again, someone in the next room was smoking which spoilt it for me a bit but this is very difficult for the hotel staff to monitor

We were initially given a room which was so small we didn’t have any room to put our bags. It may have been ok for a single person but two people just didn’t fit. I did ask if we could change and the hotel found another double room which was slightly bigger but perfect for our 3 night stay. I was very grateful that the hotel staff were so nice.

Most staff were very friendly but came across a couple who were very curt and miserable.

The water took a long time to warm up. The rooms were very small with the bed touching the wall which made it very diffiucult to pass through to the bathroiom.
