Very good hotel - excellent location within quick walking distance of Salamanca's major sites. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable room. Staff very friendly. Fyi for other travellers - the hospital parking lot is easy to find parking the other lots were full.

The staff at the check-in could be a bit warmer.

No explanation about the city, tourist spots, what to do, what not to do, where to park for free.

The bed was really soft perfect, the staff are just so friendly. Young lady on rage reception was just lovely . Breakfast was fresh and plenty to choose from. Decor was so smart .

One of the lifts was not working so had to wait for the one lift we were on fifth floor. But that’s not the hotels fault.

The room was fantastic. We had a triple one and was big enough to have all 3 beds without looking like a mess. Also it is at a walking distance from the main touristic place of Salamanca.

Location was very good...close to the plaza

Great breakfast buffet, very friendly staff, absolutely clean. This was my second visit to Salamanca and both times I stayed at Artheus Carmelitas, as I was very satisfied from the very beginning. This hotel is great for business trips involving University hospital, as it takes 10 minutes by foot to reach it. Old city center is right around the corned, train station 20-25 minutes by foot.

WiFi is at times painstakingly slow.

It is near city center. There is a parking (16 euro a day) - it was important because I traveled by car. Very good breakfast. The room is big enough and there was quiet.

I was there for two nights. The recepcion service was excellent. They also provided me with parking at a relatively low price. The breakfast is also very good and the room excellent, even with yakutsi. The room is reraly clean and the hotel is very well locted at 4 minutes walking from the Plaza Mayor. Nothing to complain about and many things to be happy with.

Spacious rooms. Handy location for walking everywhere. Local facilities, cafes, bars and basic foods. The staff were exceptionally helpful and cheerful and went out of their way to make us welcome
