Nothing really Ectened Stay America in San Ramom was awful
Yes ro staff bed not clean
location, too close to the railroad tracks, actually they leave earplugs in the room, but no mention how noisy the trains are.
Priceline's description of the hotel was WRONG! Priceline's website said that there would be a pull out sofa in the room. This was the sole reason that we booked this room. Had we known that there was no pull out sofa, I would have not booked the room.
Train tracks, freeway, bee hive, trash dumpster, manager
It was clean and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The bed was very comfortable and even though our window face the freeway, it was very quite there. Hardly ever heard any vehicle noise except from an occasional loud truck.
Free Wi-Fi, Free breakfast, parking & HBO
Welcoming, clean, staff very accommodating and helpful, have stayed here before and it continues to be very nice
eggs were tasteless not worth even trying to eat( other places seem to serve the same powdered type eggs)
Our room was clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast helped for economical travel/visit.
It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
They put me in a handicapped room which was an inconvenience for me not being handicapped. The place to hang my closes was below waist level. The bathroom sink had no counter around it to put your toiletries.
staff is good, trying to help.
there are a group of summer camp kids, really loud running in the hotel. front facing the highway and back facing the training station.
Loud traffic noise. They need a water softener.
a place to sleep
the low frequency noise generated by the an imbalance exhaust fan on roof, that can be used as a torture Technic. The afoul stench of foot odor left from years of overuse.
Convenience store and food places very near by. Very bad neighborhood so drive don't walk.
Very disappointed after securing the room on Priceline I was informed when I got there that was only for a king bed single. I was traveling with my handicapped mother and needed two beds there was a considerable up charge. Very expensive for subpar.
The staff was very helpful upon our arrival. The Hotel was very clean and breakfast was very good
The construction worker act like they own the place and park any where they want to even though they block the drive through.
Not as friendly as i like...and the hotel was under renovation
priceline or the hotel billed me twice per room we had two rooms two days and was double charged plus a deposits also double still haven't reciecved all the money back I was over charged plus hotel manager was rude when I was mad about the over charging
Our room was beautiful, the bed was beautiful and the breakfast was great. It was the perfect location for us to visit family.
Terrible chair in the room...needed to get a better one from the lobby. Noisy.
Staff was accommodating. A little construction going on in lobbupy but a very safe, clean, updated, rather new hotel. Easy on off the freeway yet quiet. Great value for the money
Wanted a huge up charge for two beds. Little tweak hotels have developed with blinded purchases - if you need two beds ou get a little gouged Still well with the price
Hotel had a good breakfast
The hotel was under renovations which was not listed on Priceline. Also Priceline advertised free wifi but our room in the hotel was so far from the router that we did not get any wifi.
These unscrupulous scoundrels charged me $108 more than the price I had reserved my two rooms for. The front desk staff was less than helpful. I have never felt more mistreated by a hotel experience anywhere. If you value your money and want to be treated fairly and with respect look elsewhere for a place to spend the night. If you enjoyed the unscrupulous innkeeper Thenardier from the play Les Miserables and thought to yourself 'I would like to spend a night in his inn', this is the place for you. 'Charge 'em for the lice, extra for the mice Two percent for looking in the mirror twice Here a little slice, there a little cut Three percent for sleeping with the window shut When it comes to fixing prices There are a lot of tricks he knows'
My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights towards the end of a 9 day trip to the west coast. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was nice and reasonably priced and the rooms were quite comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that the Olive Garden is next door and that there was shopping in walking distance. The only problem was that they had been have problems with burglaries in the area so the stores were closing at 8:00PM and there was a police officer patrolling the parking lot between the hotel and the Olive Garden.
Many stores and dining places near by. Front desk helpful. Nice looking central reception and lobby area. Hotel clean, well maintained, next to rail road - but cant hear train. Next to highway, but can barely hear traffic. Room appears elegant, similar to other Marriott rooms I've seen. I have stayed at this hotel several times, always a good experience. They are responsive to concerns and work to resolve them quickly. Abit pricy. House keeping vacuums early morning, which makes sleeping late difficult. This occurs each time I stay, but, rooms must turn over. That is one of my issues with this hotel, and the price. Gym is very small with basic equiptment, but appears new and all machines working. Hotel smells clean. Stayed here several times and they are consistent with customer service.
The hotel is comfortable and for my money, the best in the area. But beware, there is terrible road noise! The hotel staff will bend over backwards to help you get situated--they are great! Some of the rooms have minimal noise from the freeway traffic but if they are booked you should have some method for blocking noise. The other hotels in the area not any better and at least this hotel is secure and safe. They have a light-weight serve-yourself breakfast which is okay if you're on the go. The bed is comfortable for the money and the rooms/hotel are clean.
I have stayed here a number of times now and I have yet to be disappointed about anything there!
