Not sanitary, bed sheet not changed with blood stains.
Cons. Flies and moths in the room. Other travelers reported the same in their rooms. Insufficient parking for the number of rooms when fully booked (as it was). Breakfast consisted of juice and either stale cereal, white bread toast, or tiny overprocessed prepack muffins.
Pros. The only likable thing about my stay was it was close to where i had to be.
Cons. Sloppy made bed, no water pressure in sink and tub, wait for towel to be cleaned before we could get a towel, Had to wait past 3:00 to get into our room, the worse place i've ever stayed
Pros. This place is infested with bugs. We itched the whole time we were there. They cancelled our reservation without letting us know, so when we checked in after 12 am, they told us we had no room and that they had no vacancy. Even though we managed to get a room out of them, and even though they lied initially, I regretted fighting to stay there. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.
Pros. Rate was good considering influx of people in city for softball tournament.
Cons. room service was a little spotty. Maybe one less wash clothe given one day and another day they took our used towels and wash cloths before we left the room in the morning and when we came back that evening, we had new towels etc. but the room had not been cleaned.The breakfast was fair at best little variety and very small space with maybe 4 small tables, 5 at most.
Pros. Staff was fine. Room was adequate.bed was good. Fairly quiet. Breakfast was OK- two kinds of cereal, eggs, bread to be toasted.
Cons. Breakfast area was too small for the number of people who are using it. Not enough seats.
Pros. The staff was very nice and we didn't have to pay that much for the room.
Cons. Building is very rundown and when we arrived and went to our room it had been completely torn up for renovations. The staff was very confused and gave us the only remaining room after they went to see what we were talking about.
Pros. I found a great deal on Kayak, but it is clear why this hotel was so much cheaper than all the others.
Cons. The room was filthy. There were flies and bugs in the room. The refrigerator was not plugged in when I got there so I had to wait for it to cool. The room was non-smoking but it reeked of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burns on the sink and bathtub. One of the lamps wasn't plugged in and when I went to plug it in, there was a bunch of hair and crumbs on the floor and behind the bed. GROSS! When I went to give my son a bath, the drain cover floated up and the drain revealed a clump of hair!!!! EWWWW!!!! I gave him washcloth bath. Safety was also a concern. The deadbolt did not work on the door and you were left with only a chain. I didn't have peaceful sleep because I thought someone could just barge in at any time. Also, if anyone is staying above you, you can hear every step that they make through the ceiling. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!
