This hotel is more a glorified motel. Unkempt, dirty, bad service and food more in the lines of barely acceptable. 1st and last time at a Camino Real. I'd like my money back please.

The location is great. Close to the cathedral. Good parking

The personal attention

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the air conditioning was very noisy

It was one of my favorites, but this time the room was disappointing. First I was given a room that had the air conditioner in the middle of the room and then I got a room apparently best, but it smelled really bad.

beds are too hard, pillows are auwful,

no big deal for the price, room was average with hard and bumpy beds.breakfast not included and coffe shop prices are ridiculous high.

San Jorge is well located in downton Saltillo, good services and excelent restaurant view of town. Some details in the maintanance of the bathroom, but the overall experience was very good.

The hotel is well situated if the trip is for business as it is near the industrial zone and the airport and fine dining within walking distance. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. Another advantage is the sports club within the facility with the only drawback that some noisy parties are held on weekends and with difficulty to find parking.

the internet didn't work, and my tv would turn on and off by itself. seems to have a very uncoordinated front desk. I paid for the hotel online ahead of time and when I arrived they charged my credit card again; then when I checked out, they gave me a different guest's bill, which I didn't realize until later.

Large room, comfortable bed & secure

Hotel was located in a good part of Saltillo, Staff was helpful and always willing to accomadate yor request and needs.

Construction made it almost impossible to access and with StarBucks located next door getting in and out was sometimes very difficult. Ceilings leaked very bad when it rained, I was in Room 219, also the key entry lock kept malfunctioning.
