Amazing location, staff is really nice and rooms are clean and have basic amenities. Kitchen is open to everyone and the Posada offers filtered water, coffee and tea to all guests.
Comparing this accommodation with others available in the city, I'd say the price is a bit overrated. Why? No breakfast included, somebody entered our room to clean while my partner was asleep (no communication about this whatsoever), no heater in the room (!!!! extremely important, as we stayed here during the winter and the room wasn't exactly warm) and we tried to take a shower twice during the night and the water wouldn't come out hot - staff told us to try again next evening but we didn't even bother, as we had felt so disappointed about it the previous times.
Great location, nice and clean and simple. There’s a small kitchen where they provide tea, coffee and water and you’re welcome to cook there too if you like. The staff were friendly and helpful (despite not speaking English and us having terrible Spanish).
The showers weren’t very good. They were hot but the water was spurting everywhere and not very even
It was very cold and they did not have any heating. They did provide me with several blankets. I went to a restaurant in the tourist area and got extremely sick. I asked for someone to go to the pharmacy for me since I could not go myself. They said they did not have enough staff. As I was leaving, I learned through the owner, that pharmacies provide service to hotels. I was not told that. I consider the staff irresponsible and poorly trained.
A manager could be better because the owners where not around and the staff was irresponsible and lazy.
Very well located, nice courtyard.
The bed in our room was very uncomfortable and we both awoke with sore lower backs each morning. The mattress protector was plastic and so felt like you were sleeping on plastic. Room was quite small for the price.
Confortable and very good located. Excellent that the have a kitchen for you to use
That they close at night and have to ring the bell and wait for them to open
