Pros. location, free breakfast, not too big, convenient in and out, staff was friendly helpful
Cons. it was a little tired, I imagine because its very popular location,
Pros. The access to walks and biking along the beach is awesome!
Pros. Close to everything, on beach. Staff excellent. It's a place to stay as this is 4th time in just a few months.
Cons. I really have nothing I didn't like!
Pros. Our room was very nice and had robes fro our use in the pool area or the beach. There also were beach towels and blankets for either area. We had a great ocean view from our second-floor balcony where we drank wine and watched sunsets.
Cons. Though the management could not do anything about it, some people walking on the sidewalk along the ocean-side of the property did not pay attention the signage saying not to smoke; others did not pick up after their dogs.
Pros. Excellent staff customer service, clean rooms (carpet needs some stain removal in hall in places), run of the mill but tidily administered continental breakfast, amenities adequate as promised, obvious recent refurbishment of much of the premises, quiet inside the hotel.
Cons. Nasty drunken hobos camped outside on ocean boardwalk with no security or police response. More so, no amelioration of loud, loud drunken after-bar partying by young people on said boardwalk beneath our window.
Pros. Great location on the Waterfront, good facilities, would recommend to all.
Cons. Bit petty with charging for water in the room after the amount paid for the stay, slightly devalues the hotel.
Pros. Right on the beach and very convenient to area restaurants and shopping.
Pros. Enjoyed being so close to the boardwalk and ocean. Overall had a great time. The front desk staff was great, especially Mercades. She was so helpful and quite pleasant.
Pros. Location to beach, restaurants, Starbucks was ideal. Only 15 mins from airport
Pros. Great location and nicely remodeled rooms. We had an ocean front room on the third floor, which was perfect.
Cons. The hallways reveal it's still an older hotel, but the carpet is nice. So do the doors, frames, and other small details (that add up).
