Great location just across from big supermarket. The buffet food was amazing and varied every day , plenty of room in the 2 pools.
I didn’t like that free wifi wasn’t included, thus should be standard and also the alcohol wasn’t very good, very sugary cocktails and even a standard vodka tonic tasty yucky. We ended up buying our own from supermarket, much better. Another thing is you can’t Swim in the ocean as it’s too rippy and the beach is not good to walk on, uneven and rough
Staff were very friendly. Evening entertainment was hilarious. Good location, worth venturing into San Jose
Food was not good - We ended up eating in town even though we had paid for all-inclusive Please stop the horrendous, extremely loud music around the pool from 9am. When on holiday we are trying to relax! Constantly changing the music I halfway through a song is incredibly irritating. Pool was oily and quite dirty Rooms tired looking and need a refurb
The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The Luna restaurant was wonderful...would recommend upgrading to the PLUS as the food was so much better there than the buffet.
It was annoying to have loud activities at noon - water aerobics - music was too loud and techno, and made it hard to hear any conversation or relax. Did not like activities. Also, the waves were so huge, that it is not a good swimming beach so if you want to go to the ocean to swim would recommend you stay in Cabos San Lucas.
There were no desks in the rooms or anywhere in the main areas. We had to ask the restaurant to use their tables since we had nowhere else to work. They also, tried charging me for changing my reservation through booking on time. They said I changed my entire stay and had to charge me more. When I went back the next day to talk to the manager about it, they said they didn't see any issues like that on file. Then, they wouldn't give me an itemized receipt. They printed one for my colleague, but told me upon checkout that they weren't allowed to do that for me. I have called every day since checking out and still have not received a receipt.
Entertainment staff, views, drink options, facility; intimate feel and good opportunities to connect with other guests.
Took a long time to receive towels upon multiple requests, wifi speed, key stopped working eight times and it was not next to a phone device.
