Staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. As per other reviews, the price isn't worth the location, which is loud (I was on the 2nd floor near the bar) with a very small pool and seating area. Because the beach isn't one that you can actually swim in due to the rip tides, it isn't worth being in the location. You can't call out on the hotel room phones if you have cell phone issues....
