I was totally exhausted from the previous flight, not able to sleep at all and when I tried to stretch my legs by sitting sidewards on the aisle a crew member keep bothering me to keep my legs out"

Cons: "I’m 6 foot tall and I found my seat space feeling crowded. I found myself wishing for just 2 more inches of legroom. It feels that airplanes are being built for quantity of passengers, not quality of flight."
Pros: "Crew was very fast but not enough during boarding and people had brought oversized carry on luggage to the gate requiring stowing. We had checked a carry-on at check in and paid $30 while several people got theirs stowed for free which seemed unfair."
Cons: "The charging for checked luggage has created a situation that was unfair for all travellers and ultimately made the plane’s departure late. This policy drives people to bring too much luggage into the cabin, putting at risk the safety of others and delays."

Cons: "The staff were rude, abrasive, ignored several passengers that were trying to get her attention before take off as 2 overhead bins were wide open and full to the brim. She of course was too busy playing on her cell phone in the back of the plane and ignored/silenced the passenger call button. They were so loud when people were sleeping, yelling ‘trash please’ every 5 minutes, we are not stupid, we can see what you are doing and if we have trash, we will give it to you - so please STOP disturbing my peace and let me bloody sleep!!!! I was never offered any food or drink during the entire flight, not even when I was awake - other airline attendants are more observant and come back and ask us when we are awake if we would like anything to eat or drink. So essentially that was 7 hours with nothing after having paid a little over $700 for what was seemingly the WORST transatlantic flight I’ve ever taken. I travel back and forth often, because I’m a dual national, but I will stick to BA or Virgin Atlantic - the planes and service are far superior to this pile of turd that goes by the name of United. There were no charging facilities (power outlet or USB port) and the TVs had such horrendous resolution that you would get a headache from having to squint at the screen."

Cons: "Covid prevention methods need to be fixed ASAP, I don't trust Frontier with my health safety. Everyone was cramped in the plane and there was not any space betweem seats like other airlines. The app did not work to pay for carryon and I had to pay $60 in the front desk."

Cons: "Social distancing guidelines should be applied on plane. Rather than leave 20+ seats empty, and cram everyone 6 to a row. Flight was over 2 hours delayed due to not having maintenance staff available. And then I was crammed in next to an oversized individual where we couldn’t even keep the armrest down."

Cons: "Both my outbound and inbound flights were 1 hour late. The tiny tray tables and lack of reclining chairs make Frontier's planes more uncomfortable than others. Being charged for a basic beverage or snack also seems "chintzy" when you've already charged me for my flight + my seat + all baggage."

Cons: "This time the attendant still wouldn’t let anyone in rows 2 & 3 place the carry on they had paid extra for in the overhead bins, but she didn’t make me put it under the seat in front of me (this losing the extra leg room we paid for), so I put it in a bin behind me. The plane was late, but the pilot made up most of the time, but then it took 55 minutes to get our luggage."
