PoorJul 20182.0
non inhabitable should be removed from all lists.
This hotel had a very bad odor in the room and office. Very rude and extremely hard to understand the man at the counter. The beds were like a rock and not properly made up.We left and found another hotel about the same price that was extremely comfortable.I tried to get my money back but hit a brick wall. This place should be listed below sea level. I still wish some how to get my money back. Help me do this.

Horriable
Disgusting, unprofessional, rude, and uncouth are just some words that describe this "hotel." Of course, driving up to this place, I didn't expect much from the poorly maintained landscape, locked front office area (even though the sign said open) and reeking unusual odor coming from the front office area when someone finally did come however, I still would have liked to be treated with some respect as I was a paying customer but the manager didn't agree. I approached the office and after about 30 mins, I was yelled at from across the way by the manager. Long story short, the manager made 2 wrong assumptions. 1st, she assumed I was underage after which I immediately showed her my ID and showed her I was over 21. 2nd, she wrongly assumed the 4 people I had with me were going to stay in the 2 person room, which they were not. After speaking my case, she ignored my evidence, refused to give me a room AS WELL AS a refund. I was not going to be out the money I paid in advanced so I called the booking company, told them about the difficulty and requested a refund which they gave (an hour long process). With all that being said, I would highly recommend against this hotel.

Just Bad All Around
I came for the weekend of Marley Fest in Austin and obviously the hotels were going to be more expensive and I had waited until last minute to book HOWEVER I paid $200 for complete trash. There were holes in the towels, the shower nob was broken so I couldn't change the temperature of the water so basically I took a cold shower both days. The A/C unit was so dusty after the first night my throat was killing me from all of the allergens. I could really go all day but the worst part was I didn't even want to bring it to the managers attention because she was already EXTREMELY rude at check out. So pretty much I know it's not a 4 star place but it's not even one star.
