Pros (+) The staff were great and very helpful. The breakfast area was swamped both mornings. They had a staff member there the whole time cleaning and making sure there was enough food at all times. The lady at the front desk even opened up their meeting room when there were no tables left. The food was really good and hot plus lots of choices. I would stay there again. The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) The halls smelled a bit. We stayed on the third floor and other than that everything was great.
