Pros. Front desk nice but couldn't help!!
Cons. King room not available due to over booking. I paid $20 more for double bed!! Had to check out of hotel instead of being able to get refund of $20. We are in our 70's and had traveled at night , in rain and thunderstorm. Had to use stairs to room then found out that we had to leave hotel and find another one in price range, so it was down stairs with luggage!!! VERY fluststrating not to be able to "adjust" price !!! Very little compassion from person on phone!!!

The staff was good, but when you have acrowd that big and run out of stuff you need to send somebody to the store. Out of syrup for "Texas" waffles, out of creamer, the excuse that the shipment didn't come in isn't a good one.
