Pros: Absolutely fantastic breakfast -including avocados and mulberries from the garden, home made jams etc etc. Very welcoming and helpful hosts

Pros: The hosts were great as was the breakfast
Cons: The little mosquito that was buzzing in my ear whilst trying to sleep.. Ingrid did supply spray/plus a net..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: - To get right to the point - EVERYTHING! *thumbs up* - Great and friendly hosts with a lot of knowlege about the area + places to go + where to park - We have had a beatiful flat in an estate, we alway thought paradise would look like :-) - Nicest accommodation we have ever been so far - The breakfast was really fine with fruits from the garden, a good coffee, selfmade pies and cupcakes (where we couldn't identify which one of them should win the competition *sorry* ;-) ) Had no other place to type this. Greeting from Annika and Jonas (Germany)!
Cons: - the room was a little bit moistly in the evening, but I guess thats a problem with the weather right there. Had an air con to fix it after some time
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Bruce and Ingrid have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. From the time we were greeted with drinks on the terrace until we were sent on our way after perhaps the most fantastic breakfast of our trip, we felt welcome and almost part of the family (the good side).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay very much. Bruce and Ingrid were excellent hosts. A beautiful property in a charming rural setting, perfect for relaxation and walks in the countryside. Breakfast was also excellent and we appreciated the good selection of fresh and homemade food.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This stay was beyond our expectations. What a wonderful place! Bruce and Ingrid are very kind persons who gave us lots of tips for walking and they recommanded a very good restaurant at a little station, which was very good!
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great stay at this lovely b and b. Unfortunately we only met Bruce, as his wife was in Canada at that moment. We were greeted with a welcome drink on the lovely terrace, where we also had our breakfasts with great views as well. What a lovely relaxed place in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by flowers, fields, orangetrees etc. And a perfect place to see the stars . Stargazing was on our programm every night. The room was nice decorated with stuff the 'Diplomatic Feo' collected on their travels abroad. It also had flyscreens for the windows and a mosquitonet. It is very quiet and a walk from 2 km brings you to the lovely little village with a great restaurant in the trainstation. Bruce recommended it and told us how to walk and what dishes were great. All his tips were good! He also gave us tips about walks and visiting cities nearby. Thanks a lot. The breakfast made by Bruce was delicious, with avocados, tomatoes, cheese, good coffee, bread, sweet bread etc. Thanks Bruce , we really liked our stay and the talks with you as well. Lots of succes and we will defenitely recommend you to our friends.
Cons: Everything was perfect. Just keep on going like this!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant hosts and wonderful property. Great breakfast and lovely vibe and views.
Cons: The addition of a Baby cot and high chair would be hugely appreciated for kids with very young children.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful breakfast (huge choice !), charming and informative hosts, a gorgeous pool and peace and tranquillity - perfect for us to unwind and relax. The Sri Lanka room was large and comfortable, good shower and toiletries and with an outside seating area too. We especially appreciated all the overall attention to detail and the very helpful local information re: activities, restaurants and events. Thank you SO much, Ingrid and Bruce!x
Cons: I honestly can't think of anything!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful, peaceful spot and you could not find more warm and welcoming hosts that Bruce and Ingrid. Their breakfast is way above and beyond what you'd expect at a B&B.

Pros: Pedro and Estefania were incredibly attentive. One late morning, while sitting under a canopy in the garden in the rain, Pedro brought us blankets and fresh squeezed orange juice. Cons: English style menu and no Tapas which was a shame when in Spain.

Pros: Interesting patios and planting looks lovely, with great views. Room plane but pleasant and the owner was chatty and charming.
Cons: I specifically chose a hotel with parking but we parked at the bottom of the hill and walked to the hotel as we could not find our way to the correct street

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was awesome
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Artists and artisans - and those that would enjoy a surprisingly quirky, affordable and cozy hotel in Jimena -would love this place. Muy buena onda.
6.8 Good
Pros: Good views from our upgraded room. Food was tasty and inexpensive.
Cons: No lift. I found the hotel noisy due to it's tall atrium that made sounds echo around. Possibly our fault for not checking but the town was hilly and not that easy to walk around for a pensioner. Our food although tasty and good value was not necessarily served in the order that it should have been.
6.3 Good
Pros: Hotel staff were very friendly. Decor rustic but interesting and unusual. Room comfortable.
Cons: I requested a quiet room but we were given a room overlooking the road which though not busy was noisy because it is on a steep hill and cars had to use full throttle to make the hill which we heard off and on throughout the night. Menu in the restaurant very limited so went elsewhere although the terrace and dining room looked lovely and inviting. The lift has not been working for six years ? Our shower had only one door so water went everywhere and could not get a warm shower which was not a problem in July but definitely would be later in the year. Overall we enjoyed our night away and the staff were particularly friendly.
6.8 Good
Pros: Too much traffic noise. Sounded like it was coming through the room at times. Shame as the apartment was good otherwise. Could also do with Sun shades on their roof top terrace. It was far too hot to use it during the day.
Cons: Traffic noise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A wonderful find, a hidden gem of a place in the middle of the main street. As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed, with the running water and fairy lights in the reception area. Having breakfast out on the terrace, overlooking the countryside was also wonderfully relaxing. Very comfortable beds and luxury fluffy white towels.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room, nicely decorated hotel, friendly staff, really good breakfast and restaurant has stunning views
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A comfortable bed. Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast was also good.
Cons: Hardly ever anyone available on reception. Lift not working - normally not a problem, but I had a leg injury and I had to hobble up 2 flights of stairs to our room, and down 4 flights to restaurant! I would have rated them highly if they had offered us a more convenient room but they didn't.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Pretty hotel, next to supermarket and in heart of village. There is nothing else to like, it COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER!
Cons: No Staff, we didn't see a single person the entire time we were there. Arranged late check-in but arrived to locked doors. Called owner to be told that check-in closed at 8pm and no-one available. After discussion the husband came and let us in and then quickly disappeared. Air-con not working, beds hard, woken every day at 5am by bar next door emptying bottles into bin outside hotel, and people shouting. Go somewhere else if you want to enjoy your stay!
7.0 Good
Pros: I didn't like that the booking site said I could order breakfast, and on arrival being told that they serve absolutely NOTHING.

Pros: Nice local inn
Cons: Very cold even with two duvets

7.0 Good
Pros: The hosts were very good. We were late getting to them and the waited for us.
Cons: The room was small as was the bathroom. The bathroom was also a ‘cubicle’ in the bedroom. It would have been nice if the hosts had provided tea / coffee and a biscuit for guests.
