Staff excellent and hotel in very good condition. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nobody speaks much English which we liked as it gave us a chance to try and speak Italian. Beautiful pool, plenty of beds and umbrellas round the pool. Rooms clean with good aircon and mini bar. Grounds are well kept, plenty of parking. Bit of a long walk to the beach (45 mins) and shops (15 mins) but ideal if you want a quiet holiday.
New, very modern, with great pool and service. Close to the city centre. Quite far from the sea
nice relaxing suroundings , nice and polite staff always friendly helping you , short walk or drive to several fantastic beaches , and a short walk to city center for dining or shopping . God and safe parking at site.
The pool was lovely, very clean hotel, excellent friendly staff. The walk to the beach was a good half hour away, thought it might have been closer.
Swiming pool, employees, rooms Don't know that the spa doesn't exist!!!
Clean rooms and wonderful view Breakfast buffet lacked choice. Spa advertised, not available. Staff could use training and a smile would be nice too. Distance from beaches.
clean and new, great service, great pool, 5min walk to great restaurants and bars, 5min cab ride to the most beautiful beach. no "Spa"
attended a music festival in the area, visited the beach, and relaxed at the hotel swimming pool Could clean / change sheets more often - this was only done once in the 7 nights we stayed.
Clean, brand new rooms with solid features for price, especially in Italy. Hotel was a bit of a walk from both the town and nearly 25-30 minute walk from the nearest beach. If you have a car, it's a good place to stay because of the facilities and proximity to town.
Everything about the hotel and the room is great! The rooms were spotless, and the hair dryer in the bathroom is very powerful! All the linen and towels are very new. The only downside was the airconditioning which wasn't really cool, we went in in mid-June, so I can't imagine what it'll be like in August when it's the hottest in the year! The reception staff in the evening didn't speak much English, but we spoke a bit of italian so it wasn't a big problem. Breakfast is very basic, croissant, yoghurts and cornflakes, but the coffee is perfect!
It is very pretty, the rooms are comfortable, big and clean. The location is also very good as it is very close to town and reasonable distance to LaCinta beach...Staff is very nice, helpful and friendly...by the way i salute them...We had a delightful stay... An internet connection would be very welcome but then everybody doesn't need that on holidays...
surrounding stuff does not speak english, mainly at the reception
Good location, good breakfast Being charged to use the pool - didn't speak much english but were helpful. The room was nice but could have done with a lick of paint
quiet location but close to town centre and all restaurants, nice rooms, parking space....I would recommend the hotel if breakfast was better.... awful breakfast, doesn´t match the general level of comfort of the hotel ...very poor selection....
Clean and cosy hotel with a friendly staff. distance to the beach (la Cinta) seems to me to be more than 800 meters by foot.
The location in a nice little town Nothing
Its mediterrien, familiar spirit we liked very much Inthe evening hours very complicate to find it because of the traffic restrictions. Informations need to put in the centrum.
Very friendly staff, excellent location and very good value for money. One of the best breakfast offerings I've ever seen, having travelled extensively in Italy, in particular. Nothing.
Difficult to find, but worth the search. Be sure to experience the roof top view.
Everything is wonderfull! Room, breakfast, viewside...
Nice and spacious room, bathroom, nice buffet, the pool is nice and clean with its bar restaurant, large resort, good destination for relaxing. A nice hotel for familly and kids. Almost only italian channels, no international channels (one euronews, one german and one spanish). In the minibar, ONLY bottles of water...4 stars hotel. Almost 10 to 15 minutes from the center of Olbia, 20 euros each way. The spa and the fitness aeara do not belong to the hotel, it's private, so the access to the gym is not for free and it's not open everyday!!! Be careful. Almost 30 minutes to reach Porto Cervo, 100 Euros by taxi each way.
rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and facilities were good very very difficult to find when driving and its so big that its like a mze
There wa few issues with our room, such as electrical problem & friendliness of the hotel staff at the beginning, however, by day two everything just worked out fine and we had a good time.
The pool is fantastic for kids. Very basic family rooms, and much older than the single appartments. Having to order seperately the towels and bedding. No facilities for coffee, bar etc apart from the resteraunt in the evening. A long walk into town...YOU Need a car!!!!
Being an average 30oC during the day, and 25oC at night, air conditioning would have made the apartment a little more pleasurable.
The rooms were pleasant and comfortable. The swimming pool was idyllic prior to the storm and the environment was calm and tranquil. Unfortunately there was a freak storm on our second day which resulted in our room being flooded and no swimming pool. The staff did their best to manage in this crisis and did very well dealing with this adventitious crisis.
Complex was well laid out and scenic. The outdoor pools were excellent. Drinks from the bar comparable price to those in town centre. Lack of transport facilities between complex and town centre. This would be a particular problem for older people/those with mobility restrictions and also families with young children - if not using/not able to use a car.
The appartment was (compared to other mediterranian locations) relatively clean and spacious. Arrival and departure were uncomplicated. The hotel is located within walking distance to the center of San Teodoro (approx. 30 min walk). The beach 'La Cinta' is very beautiful, but is almost too far away to reach on foot. The first appartment we got was quite small and dark. The refrigerator was broken (door didn't close properly), and the bathroom sink was clogged. Moreover, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, causing back problems for me an my wife. We complained and got a better, nicer appartment. However, the bed was still very hard (might be ok for very heavy people, but definitely too hard for non-obese people). The hotel staff was friendly, but most of them did not speak any other language but italian.
Very good value for money. Good bedroom size with a complete kitchen. Great swimming pool. Nice location, but I think one would need a car whilst visiting Sardinia. Cleaning could have been better.
it was quiet, nice garden and nice staff. The most beautiful beaches are in reach by 10km. The rooms are traditionally Italian, not comparable with north European standards. But a full mini-kitchen and a beautiful balcony is a full compensation. As well as all rooms do have air condition.
Quiet, relatively nice rooms. Good value for money. Hotel needs to be renovated, inside and outside.
The best bit about the complex was the lovely pool area and gardens. The restaurant was rally nice, only open for dinner though, they could do with a snack bar for all day snacks, lunches and ice creams etc as it;s a bit of a walk to the nearest shops. Having to buy our own poilet paper
Nice Pool, good size apartments. Ones looking over pool looked newer and neater than what we had but it was still ok. Quite location Staff didn't speak any english which made communication very difficult. Your defintely need a car to get round as beach 5min drive away.
Family room not too expensive regarding prices in the area. nice swimming pool. Sleeping room and common room not clean. Breakfast not good.
The staff did not speak English but tried hard to communicate. The Shuttlebus into town and to the beaches was handy. The breakfast was abysmal - croissants and coffee... thats it. The pool was unheated and cold. I understood the hotel to be within walkng distance of beach and town - but it wasnt, and the roads surrounding it made any chance of that too dangerous.
very kind staff, internet in lobby, good breakfast, clean hotel we don't had any complaints
This is a nice family hotel, the staffs are multi-language speakers and are very friendly. The hotel is located in a small town close to Olbia city, very pratical for transport, 10km to Olbia airport and some good restaurents very close. Not too far away from Cinta, 10 min by car....Hotel room is clean with big toilette, daily cleaning. There are also nice terraster for a cup of afternoon-tea....
Very friendly owner who made us feel really welcome. Excellent breakfast. Good parking facilities. Right in the centre of the town near the main square, the restaurants and facilities. The owner tried to ensure we had all the info we needed and negotiated preferential rates for guests with restaurants. Friday - local market was iat the back of our hotel which my wife enjoyed. Big shower. One minor thing - on arrival it was hard to spot the hotel - it needs a clearer sign - but nothing else, its top class
Extremely helpful and friendly staff
Hotel open since aug.2007 so everything is new; bed, matras, shower, fridge, locker ...etc. Large room en large bathroom, veranda and privat parking in the center of the city so supermarket 50m, very goot restaureant 50m
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was extremely clean
The two brothers who own the hotel were extremely welcoming and friendly as soon as we arrived. The locatoin of the hotel was excellent, right in the centre of san teodoro, which is quite small but has supermarkets and lots of restaurants and only a 10-15minute walk from the beach. Also there were 5 or 6 other beautiful beaches very near by. (I would recommend hiring a car just to make life easy). The rooms were nicely decorated with everything you could need.
We had a very nice stay at hotel, stuff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean with all we needed. Hotel was beautiful, small, so we enjoyed our privacy and specially privat parking space. At breakfast we would welcome fresh fruit every day and more continental food.
Very friendly and welcoming staff
Roberto and Massimiliano were absolutely charming and did everything they could to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were very attractive and thoroughly cleaned each day. Nothing at all!
The best hotel out of the 100 or so I have stayed in the past 2 years. Restaurant has amazing chef: almost the only hotel restaurant I would completely recommend. Free fast internet in all rooms, clean, nice pool, fitness centre, sauna, superb staff (allowed an 8pm checkout for no extra charge, and lots of other help), stylish, and has only been built 3 months ago. So good, we are making a trip to go back to the Jazz Hotel.
Wish to stay longer not just 1 night. Great room, food, wine, pool, staff, design...very close to airport. There should be another anotherone somewhere just on the beach
The whole experience although only for one night was superb. We chose it because of proximity to the airport for an early morning flight but much appreciated the high standard of the restaurant, the comfort of the rooms and the smart pool and sun terrace. The staff were extremely helpful. And it represented excellent value for money No
The hotel was very modern in design and facilities. Very comfortable
great hotel. We felt at home when we walked in the door and the staff were all excellent from front desk to maid to restaurant staff. Also, lovely view. Great location too for anyone flying out
Very modern, walking distance from airport, Sky TV, good breakfast
Swimming pool, restaurant, room, service, staff, luxury, cleaness, friendlyness no
Great restaurant !!, easy access to the airport, friendly staff only relevant as airport hotel
