Pros. It's located right next to he water so you can look out into the water every night. It's walking distance from the old downtown area which is made up of small store fronts, family restaurants, and even a small market that sets up on the weekend. Also just a few minutes from the zoo. The staff is extremely friendly and went to every length to ensure that we were happy and taken care of. There's a delicious seafood restaurant at the end of the hotel where you can sit outside to eat by the water front. And if you like water pressure, the showers are amazing. Also there's washers/dryer on site and available 24/7

Cons. The beds were a little hard, but tolerable. It's a lock and key door so you only have one key. The room could have used a paint job but otherwise was fantastic.

Pros. Loved the location! Being on the lake was great! Awesome sunsets! Great location to their downtown with restaurants and shopping.

Cons. The whole place needs a gut job and remodeled, from the inside out. Before you book, if you can make sure you look at your room first. Their "lake view" rooms can sometimes be when your standing at the window to look. We paid $10 more a night for direct view and the view was great! The room itself was tolerable. They didn't have HD cable coming through to the tv even though the tv was HD, the picture was small and we had the sound all the way up and it wasn't loud. They had extension cord hanging so they could have the tv and the lamp and coffee maker all plugged in. The bathroom smelled like Body odor. But the bed was comfortable. So if it wasn't for the location, we would never stay there again. They need a serious upgrade. It could be an awesome place if they did a complete remodel. The area is great!

Pros. Very accommodating for a teen, on her own, stuck in Orlando at the wrong airport. Treated her like a queen. She spent two nights at Disney and was exoecting a cheap motel. It was everything but. Says she would love to go back. Thst says a lot.

Cons. Everything was fantastic

Pros. It was close to the airport and a good restaurant.

Cons. It was a worn out place that looked neglected. The front door stuck, there was water leaking from the Air Conditioner, etc.

Pros. Nothing at all except the staff was very friendly!

Cons. The entire hotel. Dirty, old, unkept, roaches, smelled, rusted, mold, the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at in my life! I will never return again. The owners have out no money in upkeep what so ever!
