The location is good with a good view.

There was not a buffet for lunch or breakfast, instead you order one item of the menu. The location is good but next to noisy clubs.

This is a nice modern hotel, within walking distance of the port, main restaurants and bars of San Antoni which is great. We had a very spacious room with a balcony, lots of storage space for all our stuff. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Good breakfast - everything is cooked fresh to order from the menu, some healthy choices available and the time is convenient (7am-12noon). Pool area is clean and pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Some minor improvements would make this hotel worthy of its 4* rating. Things we came across during our stay: On arrival we noticed lots of tiny shards of glass all over the room floor, this took a while to get sorted and we had to prompt the staff a few times. In the room we had mugs, tea and coffee sachets but not kettle which is strange. There is a fridge and a 1l bottle of water was there on arrival. We asked for an iron and ironing board which was brought up but then the iron literally broke in half - the base came off! They brought a replacement straight away. On both counts, it was one of those tiny travel irons - not full size. Hairdryer in room is almost non existent - it's really small and not powerful enough. If you're booking a double, expect two single beds pushed together. Mattress is really firm so if you like it soft you will probably get back ache! Location is great but not quiet during the clubbing season as O Beach Club is right next door. We stayed the weekend of the closing party and after that it was peace and quiet for a few days!
