Pros: The fact that the hotel is located on the main street on the way from Barcelona to the Pyrenees.Easy to reach!!!
Cons: The size of the room was fair . Comparing it to other hotels in Spain we think that the price is expensive, because other hotels include breakfast - and sometimes are cheaper than this hotel.
Pros: The whole hotel and services Secure motorcycle parking
Pros: Super friendly multilingual staff, very nice modern rooms and bar/restaurant downstairs - something of a local place to hang out.
Cons: Tight parking but free and on the premises. Limited facilities in the town but close to Ripoll by car.
Pros: The staff was absolutely brilliant. We needed a tiny tool to fix our GPS and before we know it the owner had gone to a store and fixed such a tool for us!! The garage was perfect for our Motorcycles. ...
Cons: The acoustics in the restaurant was not perfect. A lot of echoing made it difficult to discuss during our dinner. Some more curtains and sound absorbing items would probably be able to solve that.
Pros: This is my second visit. The first time was because of its' location which splits my itinerary up nicely. The owner and staff are great. Really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very modern ...
Cons: Parking can be a little problematic especially if you have a big, low car like mine. Most people don't though so not an issue.
Pros: Had a nice dinner at hotel's restaurant, set menu, even wine included very good value for money Staff very friendly and helpfull
Cons: Price-value ratio is not comparable to other regions in Europe.
Cons: was very pricey. Not great value for money
Pros: Great place to stay with very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent as a starting point for trips into the Pyrenees
Pros: 10 points for excellent stay, great cosy hotel, beautiful room. +1 extra point for very helpful staff, made us feel like home, helped organise our daily trips with very good advise ! Gracies ;)
Cons: Nothing to dislike at all !!
Pros: Very clean modern and new. Very freindly and attentive staff. The food was excellent. We walked around the village looking for places to eat, and eventually was directed back to our own hotel. The hotel could probably make it a bit more obvious that they served food.
Cons: The Saturday 18th Sept that we stayed the village had a trash metal and trance music festival which went on untill around 4:30am. All but one of our party had no sleep that night. This may have been beyond the hotel's control, and they did supply ear plugs, but I would avoid that weekend, unless you want to go to the festival. The hotel was also a victum of its own success, and probably needed more staff at times.

Cons: the facilities for children were dirty and our mobile home smells
Pros: very peaceful campsite set on the edge of the montains. Helpful staff with good english language skills
Pros: It is a nice camping site. Supermarket is at the site, you can cook at your own room, or use the resturant.
Cons: We wonder why for using the swimming pool we had to pay extra.

Pros: First of all- Aurora the receptionist/bartender/waitress was amazing! She was so nice, always ready to help and explain how to get to the city center in the best way. About the hotel itself...
Cons: There was no air conditioner in the room, so it was a little hot until the evening (we visited in really hot days of middle June)
Pros: Adequate for a one night stay. Waiter at dinner was helpful with limited English.
Cons: Property was established in 1965 and has not been refurbished since. Bed was hard and bathroom was a strange layout, shower rose would not stay on hook - very annoying!
Pros: Seaside location and view, close to good dining options. Great breakfast.
Cons: Slow wifi at times
Pros: Room was huge, bathroom too. A bit dated but very clean. A bit early in the season for the pool but it looked great. The best thing though were the staff. We had a bit of an emergency with our kid...
Cons: The toilet in the bathroom was on a kind of plinth/platform, bit strange.
Cons: I stayed at this hotel about 15 years ago and it was fine then. It is very run down and probably needs a total renovation. Don't eat in the restaurant food was terrible we sent two courses back ...
Situated in Ripoll, this hotel is within 2 mi (3 km) of Ethnographic Museum of Ripoll, Monastery of Santa Maria, and Ruta del Ferro. Montesquiu Castle Park and Monastery of Sant Joan de las Abadesses are also within 9 mi (15 km).
Pros: It is in a good locsation to break the journey from the Pyrenees tothe sea.
Cons: ahugely over-priced for what was on offer, and the time of year. Room was very basic.
Pros: A very friendly, family run hostal with a nice catalan restaurant. Located fairly close to the mountain peaks of the eastern pyrenees.
Cons: The swimming pool was large and very clean but expensive to use.
Pros: Nice and friendly staff, amazing views to mountains. The room is ok - clean and comfortable, but the bed was a little short even for my height (182cm). There was also a nice swimming pool, but we didn't have a time to use it. Wifi available.
Cons: Couldn't choose the breakfast menu, I prefer the buffet breakfast.
Pros: Located in an area not well served for family hotels. Nice pool.
Cons: Swimming pool opening hours could have been longer.
Pros: Too expensive for facilities. It was a campground with a hotel attached. Room was spartan with low ceiling and no products. For Spain, and even for France it was way over priced for the value provided.
Cons: There was nothing we really liked. It was a very minimal facility for a very high price: 90 euros with breakfast far exceeded what we have paid in many much nicer places, like the place we are in now, Auberge Catalane where we have demi pension for 95 euros with remarkable food and a much nicer room.
Pros: Friendliness, cleaness, breakfast
Cons: Awful beds, this is a youth hostel not a hotel. You pay the price of a hotel, however.
Pros: Nice breakfast although we didn't enjoy the plate of meat on the first day (embotits?) - much better when we asked for cheese.
Cons: We had no idea that the hostel's facilities would close the day after we arrived because of the end of school holidays - i.e. pool, games room, and restaurant and bar. Information on thw website to this eefct would have been useful so as not to disappoint expectations. Room quite cramped and dark.

Pros: We were traveling on motorbikes Having private parking was essential Worked out perfect
Pros: Helpful and accommodating staff. This is a very bicycle friendly hotel and they provided secure and covered storage for our bicycles. The continental breakfast was well worth it.
Pros: The staff was quite friendly
Cons: The room was awful for 85 euro, the breakfawas a joke for 8 euro (bread, two type of pastries, packed yogurt, and the cheapest cornflakes). The beds are not comfortable, the building seems to be not ...
Pros: It was just ok for overnight stay.
Cons: We live in 21st century, so quality wifi accessibility is a must if mentioned. Very small rooms, almost like in Paris :) poor soundproof.
Pros: Family room very espacious and comfortable.Very friendly staff.
Cons: Old fashioned furniture.
Pros: Nice location and view from the room, I guess this would be handy for cycling travellers.

Pros: Friendly staff, garage for bicycle, leather recliners in lounge, good breakfast.

Cons: For the price, nothing.
Pros: Very enjoyable stay
Pros: Staff very friendly.
Cons: Tiny room, no air conditioning, the smallest shower cubicle I've ever seen in my life.
Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: The rooms are very small; even the superior room is small. There was a lot of noise from the street.
Pros: Garage for motorbike
Cons: Misleading website - photos depicting beautiful courtyard & gardens were not of the hotel but probably a local tourist attraction. Photos of the hotel restaurant but it wasn't open. We could ...
Cons: Small rooms
Pros: The staff were great, really welcoming and helpful. Arrived on a motorcycle, they have a secure garage for bikes and was greeted with a cold beer on arrival
Cons: The nearby church bell rings every hour all night long, and every 15 minutes up to midnight!
Pros: Bathroom looked a bit old fasjioned but at last a bathub/shower screen that prevents flooding the entire bathroom. The lad on reception was very helpful with information about the surrounding ...
Cons: I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. It seems seriosuly over priced and meagre.
Pros: We were travelling with bikes, mentioned this in advance, and they were exceptionally accommodating.
Pros: The staff were very accommodating, friendly and approachable. The room was very good with a really nice bathroom.
Cons: Bit noisy as it is near a major road, which would have been avoided if there was air conditioning, but we had to have the window open - hence the noise
