The hotel is on the beach front and to not far to Ibiza Town. The half board basis and option for all inclusive makes it good value, the food is very good. The hotel is clean and has good sized rooms. I have been to this hotel a number of times and would continue to use this hotel for my holidays to Ibiza.
Best hotel Nothing
large enough rooms with a huge sofa for friends to have a snap), nice balcon - feels like u can work out ur own party there, nice bathroom and a really good dinner!! good location if u love club space. and an amzing beach ses salines is just 5 minutes by moto. stuff could b much better while dealing with the clients of the hotel. some of them were pretty rude, some of them didn't give a sh/t bout u. our camarera de piso once said us at 4 pm (though we've been waiting for her to make up our room for the whole day) that we'd better move our asses out if we wanted to get our rooms clean. and when i asked her to wait for 10 minutes, she answered that like she had no time, that although she finished her work at 5 pm she needed time to do her own business. i was knocked out, epecially when i found out that she even didnt clean the floor. another thing to annoy - was a salty water!!! felt like i practically took a shower in the sea. and there was noo fridge. the beach in front of the hotel was dirty.
Excellent pool and kept very clean. Brilliant location. Not enough sun loungers around the pool. Too many Germans staying at the hotel which meant all the sun loungers were reserved by dawn each morning.
If you're here for the parties, upgrade to a pool view room so you can enjoy the dance party while drinking your own alcohol. The real swimming pool is a hidden oasis, which is perfect for recovering from the late nights. The breakfast is incredible, but keep in mind whether you'll be up in time to enjoy it. The showers have clear glass into the room, which is fine if you're part of a couple, but less fun if you're there with friends. (We hung towels in front to block the view, so it is manageable.) Also, the hotel is very strict about guests, so it's worth the extra fee (you can negotiate it in person) to have everyone stay in one place.
The staff was poor, and for the price you should be treated better. I was even charged for not returning an electronic key card that was left in my room.
It is right in front of Space!
value for money hotel. ideally located and good facilities. No
Everything, the food was quality, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was brilliant. The noise from the planes arriving or departing the airport only few mins away.
Get a room close to the beach if you can. Ours was in the 5000 block and was quiet, I was able to leave the door open and listen to the waves at night. Rooms closer to the pool will be more subjected to the music they play there. Room was neatly furnished and clean. Bathroom was a decent size with tub/shower. Breakfast buffet well worth the trip. Pool hours. No hot tub. Access to beach through the back closed in the evening.
My wife and I opted for a Club room and it was worth every penny. Our room was located right next to the day club and it was like having your own suite where you could just walk down to listen to the best DJs in the world. The rooms are small, the furniture is flimsy, the beds are uncomfortable but you can't beat the location and convenience of being able to walk down to the best DJs in the world.
Great Design, location, music, great beach and pool. Food, maintenance in rooms and cleaning was a problem due to design of rooms.
Hotels pools and gym were great. Andrea was very helpful. Great looking lobby also. It took me a long time to check in. Elevator got stuck while i was using it to go to the second floor. I could use one out of 4 times that i would go up or down because it took too long. Internet connection was really poor and was not working with my password. It would revert to the original screen. Phones were not set up for calling the lobby. After i asked around I was told to use 9. It took too long to order a toothbrush. not a 5 star experience and worth my money unfortunatley.
Great pool. Excellent beach area. Good location. Air conditioning didn't work. Staff was not as responsive as we would have hoped. Not quite full value for our money.
I really like the pool and the location of the hotel.
I enjoyed talking to the staff member Sandra. She was very pleasant and helpful.
Nice, clean budget hotel. only 10 min walk from space. very thin walls so if you have noisey people in the next room you can hear them a little. Also we want to leave our bags there untill our plane that night and told us we could leave it in a hall way but we didnt really feel it was safe to leave them there. They need a safer room for people to do this..
Clean facilities, helpful staff and comfortable beds.
Nice breakfast, everyday cleaning, no problem with parking. No free Internet even in lobby.
Location was good The hotel staff was the worst. The were unfriendly and completely useless. This website says check-in is at 12 - it's not! It's after 2 pm if you are lucky. Once we were in our room there were hairs all over the room when we checked in. The pool was ok, but they didn't have enough lounge chairs most of the time, and roof pool that was advertised wasn't even open. You also had to pay for everything, there was a deposit to get a hairdryer which would have been fine, but then they charged you per day to use it. This seemed a bit over the top.
lack of services, too much noise, hotel staff not customer focus
ok location, value for money ok the bathroom has a poor apparance and seems not clean, an low cost hotel indeed.
Nothing at all! This was the worst hotel we stayed in during our 2 weeks travel in Spain. The staff was very unfriendly, not polite, with no willingness to help, the answers like "it's not our business", "we cannot help you with this", " you can do it yourself" were a usual thing for them. The room were not clean, once it was not cleaned at all, we had to ask several times to clean it before they started doing something. We will never stay there again and will never advice anybody to do it.
Nothing in particular The hotel services and staff are not guest-friendly.
Absolutely the best all inclusive food I've ever had. Great to be able to go between the two resorts. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was great! Overall hotel was very clean and organized and I'd go back if looking to do another all inclusive. Too many kids, maybe make one side for families and the other for visitors with no kids? Resort was kind of at the end of the strip but still not a terrible walk to Ushuaia and Hard Rock. Faucet water was salt water the first day or so but wasn't out last day, wish they would have at least warned us. No 24 hour access to food and beverage unless you pay for room service.
Perfect, lovely staff, good food, no catches.
Had a fantastic stay the hotel and the room were what was stated the food choice was excellent and healthy. the staff all helpful and courteous
The activities, the ocean view, the relaxation. The hotel running water in the rooms tastes like salt water...it seems like the water is being pumped straight from the ocean.
The choice of food was excellent - themed nights were very good (Spanish, Asian etc)
The wide range of meals, the nearby sea, the bar facilties and the swimming pools. Yes, the description about the room and the "all inclusive" meals was misleading. It seems as if the all inclusive refers to the "breakfast", because it appears under the heading "breakfast". I would prefer selecting a hotel were I can enjoy dinner and supper at restaurants so as to experience traditional food.
Excellent food, drink selection, facilities and staff. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. My third stay here and will come again and again.
Everything one of the best holidays ever ! Nothing all good :)
An excellent hotel for a family with young children
We had a problemless stay at the Palladium. The staff was nice and efficient, everything worked.
Nothing, I have never stayed in a worst hotel, especially not for the rate of 220 euros per night.. It looks like it hasn't been renovates since 70s, staff is rude, avoid you can..
The beach. Lovelr clear blue sea. Incredibly noisy. The entertainment could be heard in my room until it ended at around 11.30 and the noise then started again after 7 when the cleaners started work. Loudong banging and talking and no sound proofing in the rooms. My dad compained about the sound in his room and got moved to a different room which smelt very badly of damp and they're clothes in the morning were damp. My nephew has asthma so couldn't stay in that room so they had to move back to the noisy room.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good quality food
The water supply to thr rooms is salt water, which it not very nice for washing brushing teeth etc.
beach nearby, very friendly atmosphere, excellent food
I only stayed one night but everything was available to me. I am a pensioner with not very good legs or lungs, I have Asthma, and having to carry two bags, one quite heavy, up to second floor was hard work. It would have been useful if the fact that there are no lifts was mentioned in the description of the hotel on your site.
It does include a buffet lunch and dinner, but that's pretty much part of your price. Plus side, great location. Nice maintained pool. Easy walk to the action. Can be a bit nosy but not too bad. I thought the staff were poor. The man at reception was baffled by our reservation and the sour faced older woman was rude, rude, rude. It would have been nice for someone to have smiled or told us about the hotel or anything, but nothing. I wasn't impressed. We paid extra for a sea view when we would have had a view regardless, internet was a total rip off.
excellent service, friendly staff, family friendly.its just a great place.look forward to next holiday there.
Good size of rooms and a big balcony.10 Minutes from Bora-Bora Beach and Space Club.Big swimming pool in the calm courtyard with sunbeds.Little corner shop and good value bar/restaurant. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom provided. No dischwashing liquid in the kitchenette.Air conditioning did not work.Safe against charge.
Great apartement for the amount of money with a great location :). nope
Pool area and location is great. The pool area was the main reason I chose this hotel. Because of the way the pool is in the middle of the hotel it is like a quiet oasis on an otherwise busy strip. Great balcony all though mine was in the shade, but actually preferred the shade, great to have somewhere to rest that isn't too hot. The rooms are kind of basic, but then again you don't really spend that much time in your room when you are in Ibiza. Also the bedroom smelled of dampness but apparently this is a problem in Ibiza. It didn't bother me.
Great location. Lovely Staff. Budget room prices! Large pool. Can walk to Ibiza town. Can be noisy at night and the pool was taken over by big groups of teens/early 20's
great location near to space and bora bora beach...if your just looking for a bed for the night/day in a decent location then it does the job...shower was not great but the pool area and breakfast was really good
Great location, just few meters from the shops en beach. Big rooms and a really nice pool. Great and friendly staff too.
hotel very close to the beach with an awesome swimming pool and sea view room.very close to everything in playa d'en bossa.
Great Apartments for a Rave @ Space!!
very nice room and pool setup, friendly and helpful staff, affordable, decent location No Ice machine or Ice provided! IF unable to install ice machines, I recommend an arrangement with the restaurant to provide ice/bucket on request.
large rooms, good price, beautiful views they didn't clean the rooms very thouroughly
Central location for town, nightlife and beach Not well equipped as an apartement
Clean, good pools and good views of ibiza town - accessible to nightlife but quite quiet if you needed it.
Everything one of the best in Spain. No
Apartmentwas so comfortable for us:We r four in our family one child of 9 years and one of 2 years/ The sea view was amazing!!!!!!!!: We saw sunrice which was treat to our eyes. The beach was so close that our children really had precious fun
The only thing i liked about this hotel was the location & beautiful view from our balcony. The sunrise first thing was so beautiful I visited this hotel twice in 1 year three years ago & found it outstanding.Sorry to say but the hotel has gone downhill, very disappointed as we chose this hotel due to past experience to celebrate my mom's birthday. We will not return!!
The location is excellent. Easy to get everywhere and it is in a relatively quite location. Next year we plan to go back to Ibiza and will be staying at the same hotel. The apartment itself was spacious and the sea view fantastic I found that when room service came to clean, they did not do a very good job
The location The card key system was useless and the staff unhelpful
friendly reception very noisy during the night. Hotel is only nice for young people that like to party
Very good location on the beach in a quieter part of Ibiza. Walking distance from old-town and Port of Ibiza. Very nice pool to hang out in and the staff were excellent. Room was functional and the bathrooms very nice (and big). Room was serviced only once for the four days I was there. Not sure why...as a single traveller I did not mind, but if I had been there with my companion or family, would have been a hassle.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect.
we only stayed for one night, we had our holiday on a yacht. We left the yacht on sunday and our flight was on monday so we only be there for stay the night over. We had dinner on the seaside of an italian restaurant, which was nice. The swimmingpool was very poor.
Proximity to wveryrhing NA
Pool, sea view and proximity to town. Good breakfast buffet. Limited and expensive access to wifi and internet, limited taxi availability, breakfast ends too early for holidaymakers - 10am
Excellent location right on the beach, great views if you have a balcony and are sea-facing The hotel is slightly dated, although this doesn't spoil the holiday. The food is as you would expect from a 3* half-board, buffet style hotel
Fantastic sea view in my room. Staff did not impress me at all (they had a free room in a hotel but told me they do not have). Poor breakfast, no wi-fi.
Location of the hotel is great - water front, amazing views, able to walk to beaches, restaurants and bars. Super clean, modern, beautiful, and comfortable. Amazing breakfast. Great pool, bar, spa, and spa facilities.
rooms are nice Most of staff was friendly but one woman was not. The main guy was awesome. No late check out option
they even take money for safe box, room does not have refrigerator, the staff dont put daily soap & shampoo for us
The hotel is in a very good location, staff and cleaning was perfect, food was excellent, definetly we will choose this hotel when we will be next time in ibiza. missing the fridges from the rooms.
Grocery store across the street Very basic accomodation/bare minimum. Beds too hard. No direct access to beach. Too expensive for what you get. No free internet access nor wifi. Given 2 twin beds instead of a queen or king. Decor old and unattractive. Annoying entertainer downstairs singing karaoke. No fridge available. Also tried to charge us for ice. Shower curtain in bathroom was awful. Ac and ceiling fan too noisey. No secure lock box. Not a good location for those without a car. There was no good restaurants in the hotel vicinity.
Great position. At the very intersection of everything. City life, oldtown, citadel, shops, venues, port to Formentera, car and bike rents, bus stops to anywhere. All just at a few steps out of the door of a traditional stylish looking downtown hotel. View on the main square. Montesol cafe just at street level the place to chill down and see life passing by. We loved being here as a position and as Hotel traditional style and for value for money. Rooms are also "traditionally" small and the plain simple windows and glasses allow the Ibiza long lasting life noises to pour inside. We would have preferred to leave the noises out once closed the windows.
Close to beach and bus to town centre A long way from the town centre, too far to walk
Pool and efficient staff and proximity to the beach
Night porter and reception staff were very helpful to us. We were made very welcome even though we arrived at the hotel at 1am to store our bags in advance of our next day reservation. We were in and out of the hotel at unusual times but any request was dealt with professionally and with helpfully. It did seem a little expensive for a relatively late booking but, I guess it is high season!
pool poor variety for breakfast
it was close to the beach evening bar staff were not welcoming
The beautiful bathroom, the extremely helpful staff and excellent service such as parking your car is there wasn't an available space. Nothing - it was wonderful
We really enjoyed the fabulous location, luxury and service. You get a really peaceful night's sleep even though the busy bars etc. are just 5 mins away!
Lovely well thought out luxuries and sweet efficient staff . Picked us up from restaurant to take us to the airport! Restaurant too small and outside terrace a bit cramped!
Privbacy, quality service, quiet.
The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The facilities are well above average. Rooms luxurious (we were in room 33.) The top floor rooms have minimal view but the otherwise exemplary surroundings more than made up for that.
Excellent service, quiet safe hotel very well located, and anything you need they will take care of for you. Other than it being a bit pricy not really.... the service was excellent
Fantastic holiday experience! Friendly and helpful staff, luxury room, good location... I can not wait to visit again!
Weren't accommodating on keeping rooms together and letting us know in advance they did not have connecting rooms.
We booked three rooms and we went for 8 days. I used to stay there every summer for the last 5 years. This year was a nightmare we could not sleep the rooms were all so hot because the change the AC sistem change with sensors that swift of and most of the night you wull be in an oven. talk to the manager and only received a wrong explanation. Need to really reoair the climate of the rooms. Food and concierge are good. But they save money turning off tge AC and you will mot bevable to sleep. Used to be the best hitel in Ibiza but no longer.
Breakfast was nice. low quality with respect to cost. room was not so comfortable but had a good view of the sea. On the other hand, sea is not as good as other parts of island..
Large hotel complex, very clean, excellent facilities. Beach was very near.Excellent staff very helpful.Pleasure to stay in this hotel.
On the beach They was a lot of seaweed on beach
Nice clean rooms with a good view of the sea from the balcony. Close to all local amenities, and the spa offers a lovely relaxing time and was not too busy. I did not find the beds all that comfy, I found the sofa in the room softer and often chose to sleep on that instead.
Great location. Good room and excellent facilities. The restaurant by the beach also very good.
We were lucky to get 2 bedrooms for 2 people and had a great pool and beach view. 10 minutes from the airport and bar/ clubs within walking distance. Noise was not a problem and you could sleep soundly. Hotel Garbi is in a great spot. Although it is situated right on the beach you will still have to pay to rent sunbeds as the hotel don't offer them.
the food at the hotel was awsome i went at wrong town so most things were closed but great for what we went for
not having to go to work
location, beach planes flying over because of the vicinity to the airport
i liked the garden a lot, and the food was delicious also. Pool was ok, and the wiev also. Jacuzzi was too cold, but its okay if the temperature is over 31 celsius
Polite, helpful well mannered staff. Excellent buffet food.
The situation is the best thing: directly on the beach and also by the bus stop that takes you to Ibiza city in 10 minutes. Service!! Was very bad! I made a modification to stay 1 more night one week before arriving, I sent Booking an email plus an agent called them to tell them that we were staying 1 more night. They said it was ok. We arrived and paid for the 3 nights upon arrival, I still had to explain that I had extended to 1 night. Still the 2nd morning the cleaning maid opened our door to chase us out!!!!!
Good views, good buffet with good choice, friendly staff. Easy access to airport Sun loungers worn out
our hotel door handle fell off twice, after staff said they fixed it so we were unable to get in our room for hours! The reception staff were very rude and unhelpul
The hotel is situated in the center of Playa den Bossa, with direct access to the beach. The bus station is in front of the hotel, and pubs and shops are on the same street. It's walking distance to Bora-Bora and Space, and most of the rooms have very nice sea view. Being so close to everything, the hotel is very noisy. The planes are passing by, the street in quite near, and most of the people who stay there are there for the clubs. So party, and you won't hear a noise. We were only disturbed on the first night. Food is ok, you can find something to eat, but I think breakfast is poor, not having any salads or vegetables. The cleaning of the room is done just to be done. We were not satisfied with it. But for the price we paid, and the location and view, I would go there again.
Location was good. WiFi in the room was inadequate - major turn-off... I bought a dinner one night and the all-you-can-eat didn't include beverages (like fucking water and soda) - non-starter when considering a return...
Nothing Basically a prostitute hotel.
All the rooms had a small balcony/terrace. There was not fridge in the room. Housekeeping department unprofessional. Cleaner ignored signs at the room door. Although sign said do not disturb, cleaners came in several times without knocking at the door!!! Noise they made in the corridor was far unnecessary, shouting from one end of the corridor to the other, disturbing guest trying to rest.
Room smelled like pee and was very small and in poor repair.
Location Cleanliness of the room
The best was the location. We love Playa den Bossa. The staff's command of language was poor. Sometimes they were rude.
I like the location, the food was very good I recommended all inclusive is the best deal, most of the rooms had a very beautiful view, was quiet noise in the night time but we must understand is Ibiza, ask for me I dint mine about the noise, but if you are looking for some quiet and peaceful place Ibiza is not the right place for you, anyway I had a great time in the hotel algarb good memories thank you to all Algarb staff One of the lift was broken, and the other two was always busy,i was in the 5ft floor so was quiet hard to take the stairs, but for me this was not a big deal, but this was a big problem for the elderly.....
not far from beach.good location so far from city of ibiza.
No idea. I got smashed all the time
The hotel location is near to the beach. 1. The TV was not working. 2. there was no fridge in the room. 3. The staff was busy talking on the phone when we arrived, and had to wait for like 3 to 4 minutes before he even bothered to attend to us. Very bad for weary travellers.
The hotel is perfectly located if you intending to go to Space/Bora Bora beach, its about a 5 minute walk away! Within a short walk of the hotel is also a street full of bars and places to eat, all reasonably priced, although the quality of the food on offer differed greatly between each place. For people missing home - there is a KFC, Burger King and Pizza Hut at the top of the road. The rooms are only cleaned once every three days.
5 mins from the beach, busstop, club Space and Bora-Bora, close to the airport by car. Buffet breakfast was ok, although 100% the same day by day. Very spacious room, nice bathroom, towel changed every day. In general, I think the price was good for such kind of hotel, considering that Playa d'en Bossa seems to be the most expensive place in Ibiza hotel-wise. Some of the staff could not speak English at all, which can be a big problem if there appears some confusion with the booking. Thankfully eventually all was resolved. One thing about the hotel - it's pro-Italian, i.e. filled with Italians and animator was Italian etc. Didn't bother me as I didn't expect an animator at all for this kind of money, plus you don't come there to stay in the hotel actually :) Bothered my friend however since she couldn't sleep at nights - was too loud outside. Problem resolved with earplugs.
We used it as a base and for that it was great - with the occasional drink round the pool No - for the price it was excellent
Great location, near to all the clubs but not too noisy when you did need to sleep the breakfast was a bit ropey!
The dinner was nice. Certain male older member of staff was unhelpful and had a bad attitude, there was only 2 Italian chanels on the tv which were not clear.
Very comfortable hotel, huge room, lovely roof terrace with pool and jacuzzi, very convenient for town
Service at the hotel was terrible especially at the front desk. I made my reservation through AMOMA.com and it was not clear on how the booking was going to be managed, the number of people and beds were not clear in the reservation. The older man that was at the front desk when we checked in was rude and did not help or offer any options to accommodate the 4 of us into one room. I understood the room only had 3 beds which wasn't a problem for us as we were only going to be in the room for a few hours before taking off to our next destination, therefore sleeping/using the beds was not an issue for us. He could've suggested that we pay for the extra person in the room despite having one bed short (we didn't care) but instead he was adamant that only 3 of us were allowed to go up to the room. We ended up having to pay for the 4th person when I checked out which we had no problem with but the old guy gave us a hard time and didn't offer us that option. The room was not what I had expected, maybe this is the standard for Europe but definitely not in the US. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
roof top pool expensive for what it is
The hotel was in a very good location and It was easy to get around. Staff was not friendly at all, Free parking is not an option at all as the current capacity is up to 8 cars, Breakfast is average The hotel needs renovation and it is definitely not a 4th star hotel.
Friendly customer service, comfortable room
The distance from the hotel to the centre of Ibiza town. The hotel is outdated, we believe that the price/quality ratio was such that you pay too much money for what you get. Especialy compared to hotels in the middle east + rest of Europe we visited.
Staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful & accommodating which I find rare at the end of season in tourist resorts. The location, comfort, cleanliness & facilities of the hotel were ideal for an Ibiza holiday - especially as it has ample parking. The view from the harbour facing rooms isn't great but I doubt that you'd be able to find much better anywhere in Ibiza town.
Very friendly and courteous staff. Over priced for what it was. I was also expecting a double bed but only twin beds on offer
Friendly and helpful staff, much better than 2** and 3*** hotels. Water pool and restaurant on the roof. Good location. Free wi-fi in rooms. More fruits for breakfast
the hotel is located in a quiete part of the city and we can walk to the old city and some clubs the price
Old structure, but very clean.Good position near center and Pacha.
the location was very good and the hotel is clean and comfort with nice reception comparing to other hotels in Ibiza. the room was nice also however the staff were not qualified enouph. i didin't like the staff working in the reception they were not kind when we arraived at the hotel. their language was poor.
Quit are so this suited the purpose, to work for a couple of hours after returning from meetings. Correct breakfast service, correct reception (Room 535) Carpet is no standard of today anymore! All in all the interior of the room was old fashioned and too dark(quite depressing) if you spend some time to work. Not adapted for business traveller. No real desk!
Loved the view from room. Staff efficient.Parking easy The view from, and apparent cleanliness, of the single room booked for daughter
Good location, walking distance to downtown Ibiza. Friendly reception. It was surprinsingly quiet (for Ibiza), no noisy teenagers in sight. Clean. Good pool. Single rooms have tiny single beds that makes the whole experince seems even more overpriced. No single room has sea view. Expensive for what it offers but in line with Ibiza prices in August.
Clean and comfortable with very helpful reception staff. Good size pool and gardens. Restaurant bland and noisy, lacking staff. Very noisy repair work being carried out over looking the pool and sun terrace.
Hotel is very convenient; 10 min walk to the old town and all the lovely restaurants. Rooms were comfortable although overall its a little dated. At the price we paid it was a good place to stay. Breakfast was average... but enough to eat if you weren't too fussed over the quality.
The staff were very helpful. The view of the sea is great.
friendly staff, clean hotel, excellent location for ibiza town liked everything
nothing in particular seems worth to mention, except for the nice and central location in front of the sea very bad service, poor infrastructures (the air conditioning system went off during a night, producing a terrible noise, and the only reply the staff gave was "we're sorry, we have to wait, we can't do anything")
Excellent service that we received from hotel stuff. Our flight left only late in the evening and they let us use the facilities until that time.
Good location, beautiful view from sea-view rooms, nice pool and good breakfast. Very expensive but that is Ibiza! Decor is a bit dated in the rooms, although the communal areas are nicer.
Good location nice big balcony
facilities, abilities have to rest absence of its private beach, only public dirty beach is available. Another problem rather small pool. It is good that it is May now. But when it will be July and 150 rooms are fully occupied where to swim? In one outdoor pool or in fullyloaded dirty public beach? Hotel outdoor facilities are not credible at all for the summer high season. It does not look like four star hotel.
view from tha balcony dirty rooms, old, unappealing interior, arrogant staff
The fact that it is near town but not in town and seaview rooms have an excellent sea view. Parking was easy, and has a good shower. Staff at reception, mainly one that claimed that the Hotel was his house was rude, I booked a Hotel, not a room in somebodies house. Keys to the room had to be reissued everyday as they never worked. Money up front for the entire stay. Mini bar was never refilled during the stay.
The concierge was very helpful at all times I think the rooms could have been better cleaned
Very modern hotel and very good breakfast that was included. The rooms were nice and kept nicely No iron in the room. The beachfront was closed and the beach was ugly that was probably why it was closed. The pool area was kind of small.
Very nice freindly and supportive staff. Restaurant recommendation is wonderful, we really enjoyed there. The sea view from the room isspectacular and the hotel is very close to the Ibiza old town by walk. Best Recommndable place for relaxation & night life. Nothing special
View from the room was amazing Bed was terrible, we booked a double but only 2 singles pushed together were available. Room was far below 4 star quality.
calm location, what is rather exceptionnal at Ibiza, near to the boat transfer to Formenterra, good breakfast, very nice garden and swimming pool
Being in Ibiza, you usually hardly remember a hotel. Torre del Mar has a great location in Platja d'en Bossa - right on the seashore, 20 min. walk from Space club and 15 min. from Bora Bora beach club. Rooms are comfortable, staff is very helpful. They have a nice outdoor swimming pool with a tower in the middle - hence, the name of Torre del Mar
