Service was excellent. Great staff; friendly & helpful
Remodeling, but I'm sure it will be beautiful when completed. Also, the air conditioning in our room (329) was not working.
The room was comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. The location was perfect and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The Saturday night rate of---. Sunday's rate was---.
Good location, solid amenities
Young staff chatting with each other with customers in front of desk. Was given a handicap room with hand shower that would not stay in raised position, mini-ironing board (next to impossible to iron a pair of slacks).
I booked a King bed and was given a double. After we moved into the room, we were moved to an ADA king room with paper thin walls. My credit card was charged by Priceline, and 2 nights were charged by Courtyard.
for this stay they said the hotel was full and we were put in a handicap room. there was no counter space in the bathroom and no-place to hand long cloths due to everything being wheelchair height.
I paid $xx for two nights and was given a handicap room. For the price the room was very basic, even blah. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were in good working order but both were very small. I was surprised at how low end it was for the price I paid.
The hotel was nice but we were place in a handicapped unit and the bathroom was difficult for us to use. There is no place to put a dryer unit to dry you hair in the bathroom and there is not place to put your makeup on in there.
it was a Marriott
Downtrodden part of town. No microwave, fridge whcih seems to be standard these days
This was our 2nd stay at this hotel, and it was very pleasant as expected. Both times our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the staff were very professional and courteous, and best of all NO SMOKERS. The beds are a bit springy and unless you love down pillows, bring your own (we did), but those are minor issues. We use this Courtyard as a base for our ventures into wine country. It's not as close as other hotels, and it's not cheap but is less expensive than hotels in the heart of Napa or Sonoma and, did I mention, NO SMOKERS. There are lots of nearby options for dining, but try the $9.99 breakfast bar at the hotel.
This Courtyard was a nice place to stay. Although the room was a bit small and pricey for the area, it was worth it not to be exposed to smokers. The mattresses were a bit too springy and the only choise for pillows was goose-down (we don't like down-it squished down to nothing). This is a good location for Sonoma wine tasting and is close to restaurants, etc. and was overall a good experience. Not the best, but good enough for a night or two. The $9.99 breakfast buffet was the best ever-try it.
The staff really made this stay. They were so knowledgable about local information, dining, wineries and all other local attractions. The hotel is also within 2-3 blocks of about 10 different restaurants!
