Cons (-) It took me 4 x changing card keys before had one that worked r more than a day. I lefyt my sirface chnarger in the room and have not been able to speak to some to retrun

Pros (+) Staff very professional, breakfast excellent, very good atmosphere.
Cons (-) Need new carpet and air conditioners new filter and duct cleaning. Besides that is an excellent hotel, the air feels heavy.

Pros (+) -Located in a quiet area of the city, away from the noisy city traffic. -Great view from the rooftop lounge -Beds, pillows, and linens were exceptional -Staff was friendly and cooperative
