Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, finding it convenient and close to key attractions. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and towels, as well as issues with insects and humidity. Service is also criticized, particularly at reception and in the cafeteria, with reports of unhelpful or inattentive staff. Breakfast is noted as repetitive or of low quality, and some guests found the rooms small or poorly maintained. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and facilities.
