Most of staff was excellent. I really enjoyed having shuttle to takes us around. In room the heat and cold were very loud which kept me up every night.

I booked a hotel using kayak for my wife’s 36th bday. We drove 2 hours with our 3 month old and once we arrived at the hotel they stated that our hotel was cancelled yesterday for fraud. I never got a notification from super+, the hotel or my bank. I looked online at my booking and it was still active. This hotel over booked and lied that it was cancelled. Have stayed at this hotel multiple times and every stay has been perfect. Great location to the beach, walking distance to the harbour, and most importantly great staff. Everyone is friendly, kind, and helpful. They recently renovated and the updates have made the atmosphere even friendlier and more comfortable.

Pretty sure a valuable was stolen from room. I was at the hotel for 5 nights. Was being watched whilst doing yoga in workout room..front desk brought it up in conversation. Dirty room. ‘Newly renovated’ unkept. Toilet kept running. No mattress on pullout..where does it end… No jacuzzi or pool but charged $25 ‘ resort fee’. In a nutshell..DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pros (+) Staff was amazing and very accommodating to me and my pet. The food was delicious.
Cons (-) The pillows are too soft and mattress was a bit uncomfortable. After a long weekend, I left with a bit of a sore neck and back.
