Tucked on a on a quiet cul-de-sac street, Robinhood’s Lil John Coastal Cottage, a cozy Sarasota guesthouse near Siesta Key Beach, downtown Sarasota, local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and SRQ Airport. This private cottage is a great fit for couples, solo travelers, remote workers, small families, or beach guests looking for a quiet, convenient place to relax after exploring Sarasota. You’ll enjoy self check-in, T-Mobile 5G Wi-Fi, a comfortable bedroom, living area with additional sleeping space, kitchen essentials, coffee, beach-friendly touches, and access to shared outdoor spaces on the property. Please note: this is a standalone guest cottage located behind a front duplex property. The cottage interior is private to you, but the fenced backyard, is shared with guests from the other units. Lil John Coastal Cottage is a small, thoughtfully arranged guesthouse designed for an easy Sarasota stay. The cottage includes: - 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom - Living area with pull-out sofa bed sleeping space - Kitchen/kitchenette essentials - Coffee and breakfast basics -Private screened-in patio with washer and dryer, beach essentials and seating area -Dedicated outdoor dining table w/ umbrella and seating for 4 - T-Mobile 5G Wi-Fi - Smart-lock self check-in - Fully fenced in backyard Sleeping arrangements: - Bedroom: Queen bed with cozy bedding - Living area: Sleeper sofa for 1–2 additional guests The cottage can sleep up to 4 guests, but it is best suited for 1–2 guests or a small group that is comfortable using the living room sleeping area. The bedroom is bright, comfortable, and beachy, with soft bedding and a relaxed coastal feel. The living area gives you a place to unwind, stream a show, read, work on your laptop on the pop-up coffee table, or use the additional sleeping space if needed. The kitchen area is set up for convenient short stays, beach trips, and longer visits. Coffee and basic essentials are provided to help make mornings easy. The dining area features a new bar-top table w/ 2 padded bar-stools & can function as a dedicated workspace The updated bathroom includes a walk-in shower with a ceiling-mounted rainfall showerhead, new vanity, fresh towels and the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage is tucked in a Sarasota residential area near South Tamiami Trail, making it easy to get to beaches, restaurants, groceries, shops, and downtown. Nearby favorites include: - Siesta Key Beach: about 12 minutes / 5.3 miles - Siesta Key Village: about 11 minutes / 4.2 miles - Trader Joe’s: about 2 minutes / 0.2 miles - Walt’s Fish Market: about 1 minute / 0.1 miles - Downtown Sarasota Main Street: about 12 minutes / 3.8 miles - SRQ Airport: about 19 minutes / 7.3 miles - St. Armand's Circle: about 17 minutes / 6.2 miles - Lido Beach: about 17 minutes / 6.7 miles - Longboat Key: about 29 minutes / 15 miles Drive times may vary depending on traffic, season, weather, and beach parking demand. Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. There is also a separate rental agreement that is sent for e-signing. ***In regards to Florida's natural wildlife, floral and fauna, we will sometimes experience mosquitoes, ants, spiders, cockroaches, etc outside. We have regular pest treatments performed both inside & outside the units. We also personally, utilize bait, traps and sprays to keep these insects outside where they belong. Please don't keep windows without screens or doors open too long as you nay inadvertently let some inside. Should you come across any pests during your stay, please make us aware so we can address the situation. While it's rare to come across these pests inside, a refund will not be offered for the occasional occurrence. We always want you to be comfortable during your stay and you will find that we act quickly and with compassion to resolve any issues you have. We just need to be aware of it in order to resolve anything. *** Quiet hours from 11pm - 8am in consideration of other guests. No parties or unregistered visitors allowed. Ring Doorbell cameras for security and insurance purposes monitor the property.
